Watch out for the taps
The faucets are flimsy. Arrived cracked out of the box. Nice set up but I just was not lucky. Would be happy to send pictures of the growing puddles under the taps. Hope something is left after my present kombucha fermentation period.

I should have read reviews before purchasing. One jar was broken and I could hear the broken glass before I even opened the box. For the price, I was expecting much sturdier and thicker quality glass. Not worth the money at all.

We have produced so much kombucha from this original purchase. Would buy again but we donât need to. Would suggest splitting the mother each time because it gets very large.

The jar is fine, the tap is awful.
The liquid comes out of the tap at barely a dribble. I thought there was something wrong with one but I had 2 and they both do the same thing. The plastic tap feels cheap and it’s not functional.

Overall a good jug, no leaks. One star off for poor packaging.
Overall this is a good jug, it doesn’t leak or anything. I knocked off a star because the packaging was terribly insufficient for glassware and one came broken and the other mildly chipped. They packed two of these together with no foam padding, just a little bubble wrap around them. I imagine they have a high return rate for shipping damage. Other than that it’s about what you’d expect.
