Kirkland Signature Decaf is NO LONGER from Starbucks!
For years we have enjoyed the decaf whole bean coffee from Costco which, as you can see from the original picture, was from Starbucks. We reordered the coffee a couple of months ago through Amazon. When it arrived, it had changed all of the packaging which no longer referenced that it came from Starbucks. When we made the coffee, the flavor profile had significantly changed to a very sour taste. It clearly is now being produced outside of Starbucks. The photo for the product on Amazon still shows it is from Starbucks. Do not purchase this product if you expect it to taste like Starbucks

Tough to locate Kirkland Decaf! Fresh and properly sealed.
Since our local Costco(s) stopped carrying the Starbucks roasted Kirkland Brand Decaf, I’ve found it on Amazon, like lots of other obscure items. It’s always fresh, properly sealed and well within the expiration date. Super happy to be able to locate this coffee item! Great price for the two pound bag!

My “go to” Decaf
I have been using these beans for years. Was not happy when COSTCO no longer sold it in our area and was delighted to find it on line. I use a high end fully automatic coffee/espresso maker that grinds the beans. There is no problem with the beans being too oily (as sometimes happens) and messing up the burr grinder. The bags are not always as free of air as they might be but when they are done correctly they are as tight as a brick which prolongs shelf life and retains flavor.
