I have tried the light and medium roast, love them both. Love kion. Love the quality of their products and I will continue to buy. I am a coffee snob. This tastes great, smooth and for the price Iâm still saving money over getting in line at the drive thru for sub par coffee

Very light coffee
This coffee has a very light taste. This is coming from someone who is not completely obsessed with coffee. If you are, you’ll probably be more disappointed than I am. I use as many grounds as I would for various other organic coffees I’ve gotten…but this tastes like coffee water. Creamer and water – yum yum!Disappointing for the expensive price. I’ll use up the pack because it’s supposed to be mycotoxin free, but I won’t be buying again. For mold free coffee there are others that actually taste like coffee lol.

Not sure this is right for people with mold issues
I should disclaim that I have a severe mold allergy issue. After inadvertently living in a house with mold, I have developed a variety of related health issues, including MCAS, mold allergies, and a long list of ailments that I’m slowly recovering from. Long story short, I bought this for my husband (whose mold issues are not as severe as mine and therefore he can still drink coffee). I selected this specific coffee though because it is supposed to be mold-tested so I thought I wouldn’t react to it. As we were in the kitchen he opened the bag and I started reacting to it immediately (skin prickling and symptoms that mold people would understand). We put it outside and ran our IQAir Healthpro air purifier for several hours. I’m sure the taste is wonderful but mold safety was the reason I bought and it did not meet expectations.

Clean and tasty coffee
I will continue to buy this coffee (Iâve purchased more bags than I can remember). Not oily and tastes very fresh.
