Strict farming and processing techniques
Shade grown for three weeks
Shading prior to harvest will block the majority of sun light. This is a traditional step in creating matcha with a direct impact on flavor and quality.
Slowly stone ground
After removing the stems and veins, tencha will be carefully ground to matcha by stone mills. The grinding process is slow enough to avoid creating excessive heat that could affect the quality of the powder.
Carefully selected leaves
This matcha is made from delicate first (spring) harvest leaves from the top of the tea plants.
Fresh matcha year-round
Semi-processed leaves are stored in temperature controlled units. Those leaves will be processed and ground to matcha in small batches, as needed, which allows for freshly ground matcha through out the year.
Start by sifting the matcha. Then, whisk it vigorously or shake it well to create a drink with the classic frothy layer on top.

I love matcha and have tried lots of brands and blends over the years. This stands out as a very smooth and creamy matcha with a pleasantly floral finish. There’s very little bitterness which makes it pleasant without having to use too much sweetener. The color was vibrantly green both as a powder and brewed. For the price, this is by far the best matcha I have come across. I personally like to brew 2tsp matcha with 1tbsp honey over 5 oz of milk + ice, makes a nice latte that lets the matcha flavors shine

Itâs good but a bit pricey, honestly every time I mix it it needs a lot of matcha powder for color and taste, but your heart will be beating fast from the caffiene. Itâs not something to cheap out on for sure.
