Convoluted Instructions
Overall happy with the product. The instructions are hard to follow and took longer than expected to figure out. In that we have “hard” water it is a product that I have to have, or the system won’t last. If ordering just know that you will have to read the instructions several times to understand them. Was concerned, in that I did not want to screw up my coffee maker.
