    Love this coffee maker.
Ordered this for our home and so glad I did. Coffee is nice and hot. I program it to come on in the morning and it’s ready to use. There’s no need to choose extra hot or extra strong-it comes out hot and strong every time. The water container is nice and large so I don’t have to keep filling it up. I like everything about this coffee maker. Highly recommend!

Best single-serve coffee brewer on the market
I had been a Tassimo user since 2005. My first machine lasted 7 years, and I loved the coffee. After the first machine died (it just stopped turning on), I immediately purchased another.Over the years, it’s become increasingly harder to get pods for the Tassimo, especially the Extra Bold line. I didn’t want to be limited to only getting refills on Amazon, and also being limited to a very small variety of brands and flavors. I decided it was time for a change.Like many, I was initially unimpressed with Keurig. The machines seemed cheap, and many reviews have said that they only last for a year with daily use. I always found the Green Mountain brand pods to be exceptionally bitter, and the machines never produced really hot water (if you add cream/milk it will be luke-warm). Perhaps my views are jaded from bad experiences in the past, but I knew I wanted to get a commercial quality brewer and that’s how I found the K155.Fast forward to today. I’ve been using the K155 for two weeks now and absolutely love it. It’s heavy and seems to be built to take abuse. It holds 90oz of water, which reduces the frequency of refilling. There’s about a 3 minute warm-up time in the mornings, but subsequent cups will be much faster.Using the machine is dead simple – just put in a pod, select your cup size, and hit brew. If you just want hot water, you can press brew without a pod inserted and the machine will dispense it.As for the coffee, it’s been very good! Keurig includes a 12-pod variety pack with the brewer, and I’ve also purchased some more at the supermarket. I love the McDonalds McCafe French Roast – it’s an incredibly smooth dark roast that is delicious with cream. My girlfriend loves the Donut Shop, which is a medium roast akin to Dunkin Donuts. For flavored coffee, the Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll is surprisingly good. For decafe, I’ve only tried Donut Shop so far, which I was also pleasantly surprised by.I’m not a huge fan of the design. It’s very “industrial” looking. While it has a large color LCD, it displays random pictures of coffee beans while brewing. I would have preferred a status bar like my second Tassimo had. But I can get past these minor gripes due to the fact that it makes good, hot coffee with a humongous assortment of varieties.I definitely recommend the K155 if you take your morning caffeination ritual seriously.

    It makes great coffee
It took several cups of water to run through the machine before the new taste was gone but once it did, we’re very pleased with the taste and how quickly it makes a cup of coffee.

Pump too weak to handle reusable pods.
I’ve owned a case select, and a case, slim that we travel with. When we remodeled our home, I purchased a Keurig K155 Office Pro Single Cup Commercial K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, July 15, 2024 from the Keurig store on Amazon. I spent almost $300 on the coffee maker. I bought the waterline hook up, tank and a filter, without the plumber I’ve spent over $470. I attempted to use my personal reusable K-cups with the coffee I like as does my wife. Yet it fails to work well with reusable K-cups. All Keurig’s I have owned always worked well with them. After four attempts to get an answer on this with the general customer rep telephone number with no success. I finally found a number for a commercial customer representative and I talked to them twice. I was promised somebody called me back. I’ve never received a cal back each time which never happened. The young man, Alven advised that none of the commercials are powerful enough to use your personal reusable cups. He was very apologetic and said there was nothing he could do for me. Nowhere on Keurig‘s website nor in the website from which I bought the K155advised that you could not use the reusables and now I’m out $450, $550 with the plumber, and I have a useless machine in my respect because I don’t use the commercial pods. There is no telling how many billions of pods are thrown away in dumps that are plastic and will not deteriorate for thousands of years. The pods that Keurig sells through Green Mountain coffee Company are not as recyclable as they first said they were and they sit in garbage dumps. For that reason, I use the reusables. I don’t use Styrofoam for the same reason. I use my own insulated coffee cup. It’s a damaging to our planet. It’s a personal thing and more importantly about taking care of our planet. Thanks, Keurig. I’m done.

    Great product
I love my new keurig. The amount of water and how fast it brews is hands down better than my old one. Great purchase.

Loved this coffee machine, but it died 2 years to the day!
I purchased the Keurig K155 Coffee Machine in October 2021 for our small office. It is only used by 1 person (my boss) in our office for 2 cups of coffee a day. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and never had an issue. 2 years later to the day, I came into the office and noticed the lights on the display were no longer lit. It was plugged in, but not getting power. I had purchased the Asurion 4-Year Protection Plan for $44.99 in 2021, which I am glad I did. Working with Asurion was the most seamless process I have had. I called the 1-800 number and they submitted a claim and I received a UPS label within minutes of my call to mail the Keurig back. I had kept the original shipping box, interior product box and styrofoam so it worked out well. I mailed the Keurig out 3 days ago and just received a voicemail and also a text from Asurion that they were unable to fix the Keurig and they will be sending a refund of the $249.99 that we had originally paid in 2021. Not sure what Keurig model to get now. We may just purchase the same K155 Keurig model (now $294.99) and also the Asurion 4-Year Protection Plan again. So, I am a bit disappointed it conked out on us, but it was good while it lasted.

After all the reviews about bad plastic odours, defective water resevoirs, ect ect, I was really expecting to return this brewer (kept all the packaging)BUT, lo and behold, NONE of these complaints or defects were attribute to my purchase.Out of the box, no cleaning or cycling water I went kamikazee, filled the tank and immediately made my first cup. It was great, certainly not Starbucks, but for a 30 second prepared pod coffee, very, very acceptable. No odd flavours or plastic taste. The complaints of no 12 oz setting is easily circumvented by brewing a preset (its a 4 choice menu that is auto 8 oz, but all you do is choose another size) 8 oz cup, then do a 4 oz cup, easy as that, although it will be a tiny bit weaker than the 8 oz. The reason Keurig did this is that solo cups are MADE for the best result at 8oz, anything larger a little watered down and anything smaller a little stronger. Most K-Cups are not to my liking, especially the weird flavored ones (Krazy Kups), but I got the Columbian from Garabaldi, and they are super! I tried the Ethiopian and found them too weak in flavour. Dark roast is necessary to get a decent coffee taste from k-cups machines, I find.I bought this re-fillable:https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B00WAT0Q62?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pdand it works just fine with the Keurig K155. I just quit my keurig 2.0 and could NEVER get the My K-Cup to brew anything acceptable. Weak and often filled with coffee grains, but the K155 brews a little differently (it prepares the water, then brews more quickly) and the re-fillable cup for $10 works fine (again it won’t be a Starbucks)This K155 also will not brew K-Pods (for the carafe) and the k-cup holder ONLY will accomodate the small cups and not the larger carafe pods, which means your My K-Cup re-fillable for 2.0 machines won’t work, but the one I linked above does work for the K155.The screen DOES have a very small clock (it has to, it has a timer), and in over a month the time is still accurate. The clock disappears when it scrolls through its various idle screens (totally an annoyance), and there is no setting to diable this, so clients critiques as to no clock are somewhat accurate.I don’t understand, to be honest, why the settings are SO limited. You can turn the machine on via a clock setting, but why would you? It can’t wake you up to a pre-brewed coffee, so I don’t see the point. Also, it would be nice to turn on via the touchscreen but you can’t, the power switch is on the back. A little awkward but no big deal. The tempurature is settable to scalding hot, something my 2.0 never achieved, and the brew sizes are dead on (4-6-8-10 oz, you choose after placing the k-cup)The ‘build’ of the machine is nice (but certainly fathoms away from a restaurant style chrome and steel machine) and as they market this as commercial, it is not robust enough for a commercial setting, although adequate for a 20 ppl office setting, providing everyone doesn’t bang it around too much. It is all plastic, but looks sharp on any counter, and has the approx same profile and dimensions as the 2.0It also has a port in the back for direct water plumbing but I believe it is an optional purchase for the hardware.Very important! The K155 has removed the DRM (digital rights management) from this machine, so any k-cup, whether Keurig sanctioned or not, will work. So, to end my review, this Keurig K155 is WAY, WAY better than its 2.0 cousin. It brews a piping hot cup as promised, and looks a whole lot better on the counter than the old machine. Basically, this is a souped up fancy home model. It brews faster, and better. It tastes richer, and you can get a decent cup from the re-fillable knockoff from my link above. It does cost a little more than double the 2.0, but if it lasts 3/4 years than the cost will be worth itI’m now off to throw out the box into the recycle bin. If anything untoward appears, I’ll update and let you know – but so far, I am happy with the $ I spent. And Amazon Prime ships free, overnight!Java Ho!!*UPDATE – Have now had this brewer for over a year, and it maintains my 5 star review. No issues, works great, after a year of daily coffee making, still makes a quick, fantastic cuppa!I only use Death Wish, keurig Turbocharge or Gran Caffe Garibaldi (everything else is too weak)Still a great coffee machine after 12 months of use!

Recieved It Today, It’s Very Nice, Huge Water Reservoir And Preheats The Water So It Makes Coffee Fast And Silent. The LCD Is Nice, But Isn’t The Best In Terms Of Display Quality/Animations But Your Not Going To Sit And Watch It All Day, And It Does The Job Nicely. You Can Program Diffrent Things Like Clock, Temp, Auto On/Off Etc. The Power Switch Is In A Good Location Out Of Sight On The Back But Easy To Reach Without Going Behind The Unit. It Is Very Pricy Almost $400 And Probably Not For Everyone. It’s More For Coffee Enthusiasts And Thoses Who Like The Best/Offices Etc. It Is Marketed As An Office Model But It Is Great For Homes. So Far I Am Pleased With My Purchase. Recommended If Price Isnt A Concern.

Makes a high pitched noise, even when turned off. You have to keep in unplugged. After one year it began to malfunction. Keeps asking to fill the water when it’s full. Too much money for these problems. I want the company to connect with me for an exchange. Maybe I got a dud.
