This machine is fast to brew a coffee. Starts dripping just a few seconds after pushing the K button. The brewer is also very quiet and the dripping of coffee can be heard versus my last Keurig slim that would roar from the sound of the pump. I’m guessing the multi stream allows for more flow and less pressure thus reducing sound. Whatever the reason this new machine is wonderfully quiet and for this reason it was a excellent upgrade/update alone.Cleaned the machine as per instructions which is very simple just run a 10oz brew without a pod.Soaked the little filter and added it. Found that the first test brew with pod the “Add Water” light came up. I could see the reservoir was about full, just down 12oz. I think this had to do with how the filter and long plastic connector sat in place. It sort of pushes down and can twist slightly, but the twisting seemed to slow/stop the water flow enough the machine sensed there was no water. I fiddled with how the filter was seated and the “Add Water” light went away.Purchased on sale so was a great value!My only gripe is the coffee temperature is not as hot as my old machine which surprises me. The old K-Slim is pre-covid and has offered me many years of hot coffee. The new machine serves me a hot beverage but not so hot I have to sip to test temp. Checking with digital thermometer the new brewer runs under 90C while the old machine was a couple of degrees above 90C. It’s noticeable but I think I can live with it. I took a star away for this because to get a Keurig with adjustable brew temp would cost over $120 with no other real differences in brewers but a temp control button, yikes!

So I got my grey Keurig the other day and I very carefully set it up. It came double boxed and no damage. I made some brew and it was fine. But later I saw that my counter was covered in water from the unit! I thought nooooo!! Not sure what was wrong.I cleaned the mess and looked over the bottomcarefully. I saw the leak was where the tank was connected. I thought after reading the notes that perhaps something was ‘squeezed’ where you switch the side tank to the rear of the unit.So I opened it and switched the tank to the rear.I think used the unit and it worked fine, checked it later an no leakage.now I’m not sure if moving the tank did the trick and afterthought was maybe due to my keeping the control top on ‘up, open’ to dry the needles may have incurred leakage out the bottom?? who knows. For now it seems to be fine with the tank on the rear.I may try the side again soon, but for now, I need my coffee. Is the design faulty? I don’t know, but I see others have leakage with the tank being on the side.The brewing part is good. ‘Time will tell how good’

Missing the o ring, so the coffee grounds spew all over the inside of the machine. I sent email to Keurig, they told me to call and requested details like receipt and serial number. They fixed the problem by sending me a replacement machine.

I have only had this Keurig for 8 months. I would have given it 5 stars until it’s short lifespan.I loved that it has points points of water flow into the pods instead of the one as it gives you a more fullness taste from the pod. It has many choices of serving size. Plus it has a Strong choice, which I did use often. The water reservoir has a filter in it which I like as we are in an older building with older water lines, you just never know what is coming through those lines.This one was way quieter than my old one. It is a skinnier model that doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It is a good unit, just don’t know why it died on me.

Wonderful Keurig Machine
I liked the ease of using this machine. I love the multi stream technology. The coffee is fantastic. I wish the water container held more water, though, like my old Keurig.

Just What I Wanted and Fast
This single serve keurig has a tank to fill with water so I can brew several cups one after the other quickly when I have company! It arrived quickly. Iâm pleased with this purchase!

Broken on arrival
I ordered this for my parents for Christmas and it immediately did not work correctly. For example, when I selected a 10 oz cup it would only make 3-4 oz. I have used many Keurig products that worked well in the past so this was disappointing. Returned it.

Coffee is not hot. Lukewarm
I had to heat up the coffee after I made it. No way to set the coffee maker hotter. Wish I could return it for another that was better.

I bought this Keurig and it just stopped working I got it in May 2024. Went to Keurig and was declined. They do not stand behind Amazon as a dealer. This not even a year old. So sad products are not stood behind. Keurig is a big joke !!!!
