Excellent Coffee Maker
I have had the coffee maker for a few days, and so far have been very pleased. It looks great, makes a tasty cup of coffee and easy to clean. I recommend this coffee maker for purchase!

Counter space saver
I love the slim and it has definitely saved me counter space. Coffee is amazing with a do it yourself pod or the store bought. I will say that it did not come with the water stick filter that goes in the tank. Looked but not included.

NO Quality Assurance
Just received this product minutes ago. The box was retapped, damaged and an old / used product was inside of the box. Absolutely zero stars for quality assurance.

Works as expected. I was apprehensive of ordering this from Amazon, but I’m really glad that I did. It was great quality and works great. It saves a lot of space on my countertops and the water reservoir holds multiple cups.

I recieved my Keurig and immediately opened it up and followed the instructions word for word to set it up. I was in the process of doing a cleansing brew and everything was working fine until I hit brew. The machine turned off 10 seconds later and refused to turn on. After doing some research online, I found out that the thermostat inside the machine turns off when the Keurig starts brewing without enough water inside of it. This is a safety feature. Wonderful! What’s not wonderful is the fact that the only way to reset it, is to open the Keurig and insert a pin into the reset mechanism on the thermostat. I made sure to remove and re-insert the water container several times to get the water inside the Keurig before starting the cleansing process again. Once I ensured the water was able to get inside, I started the cleansing process again and it worked and I was able to make my first brew afterwards.It should absolutely include this information in the instructions, and the lack of an exterior reset button for the thermostat is unacceptable. To a lot of people who are not comfortable with opening up their electronics, this essentially bricks the machine for them and they’re either forced to return it, or forced to pay for repair when the issue is trivial and doesn’t require all that hassle.The Keurig slim doesn’t come with a filter. You’re expected to purchase a filter seperately. Without a filter you won’t get the advertised quality of the product. Such a shame how these corporations get greedier and greedier by the day.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product to anyone. It is a good quality product, but Keurig not including a filter in a product that requires a filter in order to produce the advertised quality is unacceptable to me as a consumer.This greed needs to end.
