My daughter is so happy with it. Easy to use. She loves the McCafé coffee., it was her first experience with McCafé coffee. She ranked better than some other very well known coffee shops. The hot chocolate taste great too. I haven’t cleaned it.

I’ve had this coffee maker for about 6 months now & it amazes me how fast it brews a cup. Like the idea of the single cup because I can try different flavors without making a 6-10 cup of coffee.
