I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product.I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me Â£35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.

I have owned a couple of Keurig machines over the years so I am not new to the brand. But I love this Keurig K-express and how convenient it is.This is a nice looking machine and it has a narrow design so it does not take up as much counter space as other models. I like that this has a reservoir for water which is different from other mini machines. This makes it much more convenient to use because I don’t have to fill it every time I go brew a cup of coffee.This Keurig machine can brew 3 different sizes of coffee, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz, so you can have a stronger or milder brew with just the press of a button.As soon as I put the lid down and selected the size coffee I wanted brewed it immediately began filtering water through my coffee pod and into the cup. This cuts down significantly on the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee.You can fit multiple sizes of cups under the spout in different heights, you can remove the bottom part that catches any spilled coffee and fit a travel mug under it without any issues.This brews a delicious cup of coffee in very little time and is super convenient, a space saver and a nice design. Definitely a great purchase!

Simple & Efficient
It works well. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but it’s just what I needed and at a great price point. Plus the mint color looks very slick and modern.

Perfect Maker!
I just purchased this for my dorm, the size is perfect. It’s durable. The color is spot one. Brew speed is up to par. Coffee temperature is just right. And value for money is more than worth it!

Perfect for small kitchens and small households
We were looking for a quicker way to get our coffee made in the morning than the method we had been using — the pour-over method with Melitta filters. So, we decided to come out of the Stone Age of coffeemaking into the modern era by trying a Keurig. We’re happy we did! The two of us live in a home with a small kitchen, and this Keurig is just right for us. It takes up so little room on the counter, and it make one cup of coffee right after the other with no delay in between. I think it will be fine even when we have houseguests. We also like the optional “Strong” setting. We have the reusable K-cups that we fill with our own coffee, and we find that we can save a little money on coffee by using 1-1/2 tablespoons instead of 2, and hitting the “Strong” button. In addition to my morning coffee, I usually drink a cup of tea later in the day — the Keurig fills my tea mug with nice hot water for tea, with no residual coffee flavor. By the way, don’t get sucked into buying the Keurig descaling product — I found instructions on the internet for descaling a Keurig with vinegar and water. Haven’t had to descale yet, but will use those instructions when I do.

Great product
We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there’s. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I’m like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Amazon that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don’t want it replaced ok thank you . I love amazon never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I’ll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on
