Unreliable coffee amount
Disappointing for Keurig. First, I continually press 8 cups and it ALWAYS brews 12. I’ve tried not filling reservoir but light blinks to add more water and will not brew until I do.My previous Cuisinart would beep 5 times to notifiy coffee brewed then 2 hrs later beeped twice to notify brewer turning off. The kuerig…NADA! I have to check it either way.I should have replaced my old Cuisinart with a newer model

Much improved
I bought the Gen 1 version of this about 1.5 years ago, and it quit heating up water, the carafe spilled all over when pouring, much of the negative reviews about Gen 1 was correct in my experience.Today I received this Gen 2 version. All the issues people had with Gen 1 has been corrected. Very fast brew, bigger water tank, the carafe doesn’t spew coffee when pouring into a cup. Granted this is Day 1, and I also ordered descaling products to clean, so my hope is this lasts more than 1.5 years! I haven’t tried the cold brew option yet. This machine also seems a bit smaller than Gen 1 as far as taking up counter space. I have high hopes for this machine.

Awesome!! Worth every penny
Love the functionality of dual K cup and pot! Easy to use, the k up delivers rich flavor and the pot delivers great coffee every time. You can preprogram pot coffee and you can make ice coffee too! Temperature control is a plus! Love the one full water tank!The smaller size is excellent too! Worth it!

I mostly use the pod size. Never hot enough but does have xhot button. Thatâs a plus. This is my second multifunction coffee maker.

Great duo unit for carafe or Kcup!
Got this to replace our Hamilton Beach duo that stopped working. It’s a very solid machine and love the option of carafe or Kcup at the same time while the HB would turn off the carafe side to use the Kcup. Now my husband can brew the Kcup while my carafe stays warm. The Kcup is very fast brewing, like one minute with good flavor. Added bonus to get this unit on sale. Worth it!

The epitome of coffee pots
I bought this Kuerig to replace one that Iâve had since 2012. Since that one lasted so long, I know Kuerig is a quality product. My old pot only did the pods but this one perks and does the pods. It replaces two appliances for me. 🙂 It makes a 6, 8, 10, 12 cup using the pot and the same ounces with the K-cup. There are buttons to make it extra hot and to brew over ice. There is a removable cup holder so you can use a travel height mug. The water carafe holds a large amount. This pot really does it all. Well made and versatile, exactly what anyone who loves coffee needs. Highly recommend.

very convenient
Our original Keurig finally took a crap and we were on the prowl for another. I decided to replace my bun coffee maker that set next to the Keurig with a all-in-one. I really like the 72 oz size of the water holder will make a full pot of coffee without having to fill the coffee pot up and pour it in. I also like the timer to have the coffee ready when I wake up. It is a definite space saver that uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. I haven’t used the ice coffee because I think iced coffee is gross but that’s just not my cup of tea pun intended. This was a Black Friday deal and it was an excellent value for the price I got it. The coffee from Brown’s actually tastes better than out of my bun. The K-Cup has different size cups as they all do and the K-Cup coffee turns out great and just like my old one. I just hope this one lasts as long because I would hate to lose the K-Cup capabilities and keep it around because the coffee pot makes ground coffee so well.
