This is a terrible coffee pot. I want to return it but it’s now been used 3-4 times. The plastic cover over the water does not fit properly….it’s so cheap and will break soon…I can tell. The container that you put the coffee filter and coffee in is impossible to replace it in the area that it needs to be so the coffee can perk. This is the worst coffee pot I have ever purchased adn very disppointed in Krups for putting this on the market. Do not buy it.

Open the box my wife or water in the container and turned it on and the next thing we noticed was water all over the counter. Sent it back and never received our refund. Horrible service all the wadi around with Amazon and the seller and never received any support from Amazon.
