Work great the first week, have hot coffee and frothed milk. Then, the second week, the milk did not frothed. Tried different settings and about to contact Amazon thinking the froth part was broken, then realized I switched to a different brand of milk. Switched it back to the brand I used most and is back to normal.Great machine and easy to use.

Great coffeemaker!
i love lattes! I can make a latte every morning and it is quick and tastes as good as a latte from a cafe. It holds a lot of water and it looks beautiful.

Got this to replace my old original keurig. I absolutely love it! It is shorter and more compact than the original keurig. I also love the build in frother and itâs so easy to use my coffee actually comes out really tasty and right now Iâm just enjoying the Starbucks House Blend cups

Easy and great milk foam maker
I love this k cup coffee maker. Especially espresso and latte. Quick and easy with a great milk foam agitator.

Spectacular coffee maker
This is the best single-cup coffee maker I have ever had. I am so pleased with this and it’s durability and features. I have had this machine now for four years and use it multiple times every day. I do regular cleanings with the Keurig solution (about ever 6 months) and this unit has really only had issues three times, all related to use pods that were not made specifically for a Keurig. I have learned that those softer-bodied pods really make a mess so I stick with trusted brands.My husband uses the latte maker the most, I use it occasionally. It works beautifully and froths well. I love the low profile of this, and think I will be gifting one of these to a friend. I love it and hope that Keurig continues to make this version, it’s really great to have.

A good coffee maker, but you probably shouldn’t buy it
As Keurig’s go this get’s almost everything right. It makes a good cup of coffee and it has some interesting options you don’t get anywhere else. The problem is, you don’t really need these options, at least not in this package.Visually this is a wanna be Cappuccino machine, which is fine, except it ends up costing you counter space for no real reason. If you have lot’s of counter space that might not be a problem. However, you’d be just as far ahead getting the Keurig K-Supreme Plus along with a separate milk frother. Those might end up costing you a bit more money but you’re not stuck with the frother on your counter when you don’t want it, you get a bigger water tank, and the water tank placement is flexible. For me there ends up being one spot on the counter that this fits well and I really would prefer to have it somewhere else.Can other Keurig’s do “shots”? Probably not, and if you really want that then this might be the machine for you, there is a niche market for which it makes sense.It does have a memory for the last settings used, if you just press the K button away you go. However, there is no indication as to exactly what settings might be saved before you press the button. If, hypothetically (perhaps), your daughter came home without your knowledge and made herself a latte after the last time you used it, you might not get that 12oz, strong, cup of coffee you were expecting. Ideally, it should flash the last settings used. Even better, given how many things it can do, would be memory for multiple combinations.At the end of the day, when I want a cup of a coffee this things works just fine, but if all you want is a cup of coffee then you really don’t need this particular coffee maker. I don’t really regret buying this thing, but if it dies I’ll go a different route.(Edited to note that it does save the last settings used)

The Keurig K-cafe really does make commendable lattes and cappuccinos. Are they to the level of what can be made with much more expensive, super-automatic machines, or those where you grind and press your own coffee beans? Of course not; but that is not its purpose. For a quick latte-to-go as you are rushing out the door to work it performs very well, especially if your significant other prefers a different flavor or intensity of coffee. No need to switch out and grind different beans in your $3000 Jura and then wait anxiously as your travel time ticks by while it goes through the brewing process, you just pop in a different pod; and frankly the latte the K-cafe makes is better than what I get at the Starbucks down the street.
