Well designed
Surprisingly comfortable with an ergonomically designed handle and lip. Looks like the pictures and is large enough to hold my morning latte. Says on the bottom of the mug itâs dishwasher and microwave safe. I bought these for myself but will be sending some as gifts as well.

Pricey for a cup.
A bit pricey for a cup, but I have four, and they are my favorite cups to drink my morning joe. Light but sturdy. I am not a fan of heavy coffee cups with bulky handles.

Absolutely gorgeous
I bought this mug as a gift. It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The mug is nicely made and well crafted. It isn’t too heavy, and the handle feels sturdy and ergonomic. The elephant design and words inside are beautiful and seem to be well made, unlike some other competitors mug designs. The recipient of the mug absolutely adored it and was excited to get to use this mug. She said the design was beautiful and went well with her other decor and office theme. For the price, this mug was an amazing buy. I highly recommend this mug and this company for your gifting needs. The product is high quality, versatile, and performs as expected. Thank you!

Sturdy but delicate feeling, great handle, cute design
I got this mug because I’d been gifted their Turtle mug a while back and love it, so I wanted the cat one as well. I love the handles (perfect for the way I hold mugs), the large capacity, and the thin lip/rim. If you have mobility or spatial awareness issues and tend to clunk glasses into your teeth if the rim is too wide, these (and other thin-rimmed mugs) are great. They’re porcelain so they feel delicate while also feeling sturdy; they also don’t seem to stain, even when coffee or tea is left in them overnight (whoops….). My one disappointment and the reason it lost a star was that unlike its sibling, this mug has minor top-coat glaze imperfections (not the sealing glaze, but the silky-finish final coat) – while there’s a silky glaze on most of the mug, it seems that it’s missing or simply more matte-feeling at the top of the handle where it meets the body, which I notice because I tend to rest my thumb there when moving/lifting the mug. While it’s not the end of the world, it breaks the sensory continuity experience (for lack of a better way to put it): one part of your hands feels a silky finish, while another part feels a slightly-disconcerting-for-me matte finish where it expects more smooth.Obviously, given my rating, I still love the mug, but I do pick a different one on days where I’m more sensitive to that sensation (my fellow neuro-diverse folks probably know that feeling).
