Figure out your own grind size
This burr grinder has a very wide selection of choices for the size of the grounds you want from your coffee beans. However, the categories on the selection panel may not work for you. I use a small pour over coffee pot that only makes four cups of coffee maximum. I tried the middle of the “pour over” category on the selection panel and the water went through so fast that it looked like tea instead of coffee. In other words, it was very weak. Maybe a larger pot will work differently, I don’t know as I don’t have one to try. The good thing is that with all the choices, all I had to do it try another selection, or another…. The point here is that you just have to figure out what works for you, which you have to do no matter what grinder you use. The panel is just a suggestion, not a guarantee of success. My last test was using a selection in the middle of the Siphon section, 15. It gave me a much better cup of coffee but it still wasn’t quite right. I’m going to try 12 next time, which is between Siphon and Mocha. There are two ways to use it: timed and by the cup. I’ve used by the cup. If you select to get two cups worth of grounds, that’s what you get! It seems to be accurate. I did not try the timed option yet. Of course, this is another option that you have to figure out what you want. Again, this is something you would go through on whatever grinder you buy.I like the footprint of this grinder. It doesn’t take up a lot of space on my coffee bar. It has a sleek design and a professional look about it. The power button is always glowing white when plugged in although you do have to turn it on when you want to use it. The touch screen has a nice sensitivity to it and you only need a light touch to make a selection. The instructions recommend putting beans in each time you use it in the amount you need for that time. The reason is that it is not airtight and your beans will lose their freshness in the hopper and will not produce that ultimate, fresh cup of coffee you are craving! The same thing applies if there are grounds left over in the lower container that catches them. They should be put into an airtight container to help preserve their freshness. It comes with a cleaning brush and complete instructions on how to dismantle it, where to clean it, and put it back together again. Maintenance on these grinders keeps them in excellent working order. You don’t want to neglect the maintenance because it you do, once they get so clogged that they fail, they may be be able to be fixed. Better to take care of it than to let it get so clogged it cannot be used! This is a very nice grinder and I recommend it to others.

Decent results especially for this price point
A much better option for an entry level coffee grinder than a blade grinder. Grind is consistent enough for most brew styles (pour over, drip, vacuum, french press, aeropress) but not designed for espresso or Turkish coffee, where a different class of grinder is required for best results. But this grinder doesn’t have a price tag over $600 either. A definite winner for general use.

Super nice coffee grinder.
This is a very nice coffee grinder. I was attracted to it because it is a burr grinder and not a blade grinder. It has a variety of options as far as how fine you want to grind your beans and has a touch screen even. Overall very nice product, recommend

Consistent grind size but timer is lacking
This is a decent burr grinder with better than expected grind consistency. I didn’t expect to get a consistent enough grind size to pull espresso shots, but it does let me pull some decent shots. The timer only works in 5 second intervals though, which is disappointing because that’s way too much for espresso. The build quality is nothing special. If the grind size adjustment was stepless and timer worked in 1 second intervals this could be a great budget/entry level espresso grinder. But as is, it’s best for coffee that uses coarser grinds.

A great grinder
I picked up this burr grinder to replace our old grinder. What an upgrade! This grinder is quieter than the old one and is so much easier to clean. My husband did spend a couple of days deciding exactly which settings to use to get the coffee just the way he likes it. I just go with what he likes but he really gushed over this grinder. We’ve been using it every day and it’s doing great.

A little pricey but worth it
This appears to be a well made countertop grinder that works well. I like how you can precisely fine tune the grind. Of course you can manually decide how long to grind, but it does have settings to automatically grind for a certain amount of time. For the better part of $100, it’s a bit pricey, but the fit and finish seems top notch and probably worth it if is holds up after grinding every week or so. Time will tell! The instruction manual is readable and understandable, which is a plus. For now I give this one five stars and recommend.

Does a great job grinding coffee
This coffee grinder is well-constructed with stainless steel components inside. While the outer casing is made of plastic designed to resemble stainless steel, it still has a stylish appearance. The digital touch panel offers various options for adjusting the coarseness of the ground coffee and is highly responsive. Grinding enough coffee beans for 4 cups of coffee generally takes about 10 to 15 seconds to complete.
