    Failed after 3 months
    Loved the features on this Keurig, and the streamlined look, but our K Supreme Plus failed after just three months. It would not turn on. Keurig refused to honor the warranty because we’re in the US and the unit had a Canadian serial number–I have no idea what that has to do with anything, but that was their reason. We returned it to Amazon instead, and made them aware that Keurig refused the warranty.Yes, we watched a bunch of YouTube videos about possible fixes for the “no power” issue, but bottom line, we shouldn’t have to be disassembling and fixing this thing after just three months.

    A beautifully designed machine
    This is a beautifully designed machine. Easy to use. Extracts a smooth rich cup of coffee. Three temp settings and three strength settings. Plus, five cup sizes. Very quick brewing.

    Unfortunately plagued with defects
    I bought this K-Supreme Plus coffee maker 3 times from 3 different retailers before getting one without defects.The 1st one I bought here on Amazon after 1 week started saying it was out of water and refused to brew coffee even with over half a tank of water left. I ended up returning this one for a refund.The 2nd one I bought from Target and from the 1st cup of coffee I brewed it failed to maintain temperature even on the highest temp setting. I returned this one for a refund as well.The 3rd one I bought from Khol’s and so far I have not had any problems with this one finally. I’ve had this one for a few months now with no issues.However I am still leery of the quality of components used in this model as I have seen WAY to many reviews on this model saying theirs lasted less than a year before having problems significant enough to warrant a return or replacement.So I have to say buyer beware on this model unfortunately.I do like the look and size of this unit, it fits nicely on our counter without getting in the way too much.The water tank is easy to take and refill, it has a nice high capacity so I don’t have to refill it after every 30oz coffee I make to take to work with me.So I am enjoying the unit I got that finally works properly, although I won’t be entirely shocked if this one also develops problems in the near future.

    It will die quickly
    The machine makes great coffee, when it works. Our 3rd machine just died, they have all lasted about 4-5 months and that’s it. I thought maybe the descale process was overheating the machine so I did that process over a longer period of time to no avail. The last one had just started to prompt for descale and then… its dead.Junk product. Save your money and buy something else. Keurig knows these machines are junk, but they still sell them. Gotta wonder what their business plan is.

    Nice looking unit in black & ss. Makes a good cup of coffee. Our previous one did not have all the features that this one does, or the water capacity,, so it’s a nice upgrade.

    purchased this item in December of 2023, July of 2024 it stopped working! Said to descale , descaled it , now it wont brew coffee, did all the trouble shooting and still does not work!!Wont even power on! Would not recommend ! update called Keurig Canada they are sending me a new one!! The representative was very pleasant to talk to !! Fingers crossed that there are no issues going forward with this one!

    Our first machine died after 3 months, no power and a bit of a burning smell, contacted Keurig and they replaced the machine. The replacement machine arrived in May 2021 and worked fine until mid September when it started to dispense about 2oz less water than asked for , sometimes not even an ounce came out. Contacted Keurig and during the call with their service troubleshooting technician the second machine died, again you could detect a little bit of a burning smell. They are sending a replacement. So that’s 2 dead machines in less than a year. Both machines were used with tap water, both used the Keurig brand filters, both where descaled when the machine asked for it using the Keurig brand descaler. When the machine works the coffee is great, the brew strength & temp options are good to have. We have had two different models of Keurig machines before this one and both performed with no issues for years, but there seems to be some quality issues with the Supreme Plus machines.Update:The third machine that we received under warranty in Oct 2021 has now died. It started doing the same as before where it would put out 2oz less than what was asked for. Today the machine is asking to be descaled again (last time was March 30th), normally you can bypass if you just want a cup of coffee with out descaling by pressing one of the favorite buttons but when I do that the machines now shuts off. Tried to go into descale mode and the machine shuts off, now it’s just a paperweight. At this point I just want a refund and not another machine that will die. When it works it’s great but they obviously have some quality issues with this model.

    Better taste with the multi-stream tech. Amazon’s games made things “interesting”.I do like this new machine. My decade-old unit finally gave up the ghost, so I was forced to buy a new one. I loved that they advertised more options for temp, strength and sizes, but I haven’t noticed much difference between the settings.What irks me most is the size options, going up to 12 oz. That’s NOT 12 oz.! Nor is it 10 oz. I’ve measured those sizes and the “12” is actually around 10. And the 10 is around 9. Why would they do that? @@ Even at strong, the 12 tastes watery for me. I’ve settled for 10.Then there are the games Amazon played around Christmas. This unit fluctuated almost daily. One day it’d be $140 and the next $190. I pulled the trigger and got mine for $98 before Christmas, even though they said it wouldn’t arrive until AFTER Christmas. It wound up on my porch after Christmas, but about a week before they predicted.The day before Christmas the price jumped from $98 to about $110. Then they advertised their “Boxing Day Special”–now it was even MORE expensive–$130. @@I’m very happy so far, after about 2 months of use. I’m glad I didn’t pay the current price. Today’s number is closer to $200 for some reason. You’ve gotta watch these people.

    My older Elite finally eroded and broke at the pin used that stabs the top of the K cup. I was going to replace the part but it was quite costly so I researched and decided to purchase this Keurig model.It looks fantastic. Much less counter space used. I love the square water reservoir and handle however being right handed, it feels a bit awkward placing it with my right hand snuffed up against the body of the unit when putting the water reservoir on. No real issue. It was just something I noticed immediately.The coffee is hot at its lowest temp setting. So much more than with my Elite unit that was placed on its highest heat setting. Be careful, when you increase the temperature, it does have a bit of a burnt taste to the coffee. But, I believe that is an individual aspect of preference.I am not currently using the personalized auto settings that you can create. I prefer to choose the strength and temp of my coffee based on what brand I am using. For those who like everything automatic and personalized, it would be something you might appreciate.It is quiet. So much more than my previous model.Water is demand heated, so, for those of us who prefer this type of feature, I love it. I prefer this to water that is sitting inside reboiling every so often like a water heater you find in your house.Flavour is better with this model. The 5 prong holes made into the K cup seems far better in terms of hot water evenly distributed in the K cup which seems to make better flavour extraction of the grinds.Overall. Very happy with my decision to purchase this model.
