the item was well packaged. the item box was inside cardboard container(usually reserved for books). The item is inside a very nice box that can be used for storage. The directions were a little hard to see as far as the instructions.A bigger picture of the little parts would help. Assembly went good. I now have coffee pods in the spin turntable and it spins easily. The price was very good and will recommend it as a way to have on countertop for parties. I will be storing on top of my refrigerator when not in use because of small area of space. Any issues with assembly call the company for help.

$4! How can you beat that?! So easy to put together, no tools required. Turning is so smooth and fits 36 K-cups! I got this as a gift for my grandma to free up drawer space and she loves this. Even being blind she is able to easily refill her K-cups and compact enough to sit next to the coffee maker.
