Been using these for some months. Haven’t broken yet.
Got these to replace my primary coffee/tea cup.It keeps hot things hot and cold things cold for longer.Looks reasonably spiffy.Exactly what I wanted.When I first got them they felt thin and like I’d probably break them randomly, but they’ve stood up to some minor abuse.

I was not sure about these mugs when I placed the order but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived.I love these coffee mugs because they are not heavy, keeps my coffee warm so much better than a regular coffee mug and its microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. Needless to say they are beautiful to look at!

Feel feather light and feel almost too delicate but keep using them and have become my GO TO MUG!
I almost returned these mugs when they arrived. I did read a few reviews that said they felt fragile and that they were easily broken but I decided I needed to see for myself. They were right… BUT I decided to keep them and try them and I love them! They have become my go to mug… and my husbands too. They are super light and recents guests didn’t believe they were made of glass – feel like a very light plastic. They do keep coffee hotter for longer than our other mugs and they are just esthetically appealing. I’ve decided that even if they do break I’ve already gotten the enjoyment out of them and will probably order another set when they do break.

These are exactly what I was looking for!! They are so much better than regular coffee/tea mugs because they donât burn your hands or the furniture. I can set my mug down anywhere. I can still hold it to keep my hands warm but not burn ny fingers when I need to hold the mug itself. It keeps my drink warm longer, and itâs microwave & dishwasher safe!! Iâll be getting these for all of my tea drinking friends for Christmas!! Perfect gift!! (not paid to advertise, just a regular person excited to get a good product!) Definitely recommend!!

Love these cups!
As a person who basically canât taste my beverage unless I can see it, I love these insulated glass cups. The other great thing about them is they are lighter than I thought yet very sturdy. Perfect purchase for me!

Beautiful but Fragile
EDIT AGAIN: The company reached out to me soon after I posted my review and offered to provide me with a full refund, no strings attached. I am coming back again of my own accord to raise my rating by one star because of my excellent experience with their customer service.EDIT: I broke my other one of these cups literally one day after writing this review. I’m reducing my rating by one star. If you are exceptionally careful with your dishes, then go for it. I think they are far too fragile for me to ever want to repurchase them unfortunately.These are really pretty cups. We use them for espresso and lattes/cappuccinos. I also have the smaller version of these cups. They work great, but man are they FRAGILE. I’ve broken one of these big ones and one of the small ones. You have to be really careful with them. I hand wash them, even though the description (at least when I bought them) said they are dishwasher safe. I read some reviews that talked about issues with dish washing them where water would get inside the double walls.
