Atsuko –
This matched my other glassware so I had to get get it.
It works great and I like this size of it. It’s perfect for 2 large coffee cups worth. I’ve used it consistently every morning for about 2 months or so and it’s holding up fine. It came with an extra metal filter so that’s cool too. I am really happy with this purchase.

Cute! Feels cheap though
This french press is super cute and a good size for about 2 cups of coffee. It is pretty lightweight and feels cheap though. Curious how long it will last.

Strains grounds very well.
The strainer on this press fits really well, it presses up against the glass walls tight enough that the grounds don’t escape. Plenty big enough to make several cups, saves time.Fill to your desired level and pop it in the microwave, without the strainer of course. Then fill with your coffee, stir and wait. Putting the lid on helps retain heat. Then plunge and enjoy. The lid has a closed side and an open side, it would be nice to have it marked on the top as to the locations, you just have to look at it as you put it on. You can see thru the glass as you rotate it if you forget. The glass container is large enough for me to put my hand in for easy cleaning. I also find it easier than my smaller one to get the grounds out from under the screen. It comes with two extra screens in case they get damaged. The rubber base comes off also easily for cleaning, and goes on easy. If the rubber base is wet, and you sit it on a smooth counter, it will suction itself to the counter so watch out for that. This is going to work out well.

Great and well made
I had to replace older model as the glass became cracked. This is well made and just as functional. I would have preferred the top be metal and not plastic. Perfect size for that one cup of coffee.

Nice container, all plastic plunger.
Itâs a nice glass container but the mechanism is all plastic with a small pour spout and feels cheap. Easy to clean because the rubber base is removable, but overall Iâd say itâs the cheapest French press Iâve ever had in terms of quality.

I LOVE THIS FRENCH PRESS!
This French Press is perfect for the price! The glass is very good quality but still sensitive. So I wash it by hand and dry it on a towel. It comes with several extra metal filters. I really like that there is a rubber bottom piece that comes off when washing. But it acts as an adhesive to the table so the french press is less likely to fall over. I have used it for coffee, tea, mochas, etc. It’s very easy to wash as well. I bought a second one as a gift to my mom!

Cheap
Wasnât thrilled, bought this to have as an extra one since my husband broke another one. Works but you get what you pay for, materials are cheap.

Does a very good job
I like how this is all glass. The handle is glass, and a part of the main unit. There is no metal or plastic frame to block some of the view of the liquid that is steeping inside. I very much like seeing the color of the water change. The plunger does an excellent job, as most do, of blocking even very small particles. This is also wide enough so that I can put my large hand into it to help some of the tea leaves or coffee grounds to find their way into the trash can after use.I have a few issues with this, however. The first is that they claim it has a capacity of 33.8 ounces. I get that much, but only if I fill it to the brim of the glass. That, then, leaves no room for the plunger insert. So, actual usable capacity is a few ounces less than what they claim. The lid has nothing to show you where the filter is so you can know where it is in alignment with the pour spout. I ended up making my own mark on the top using a paint pen so I don’t have to look on the side to find the filter. The bottom is a piece of rubber or silicone. That is good in that it gives a nice soft contact with the counter. No chance of scratches. On solid counters, this can also result in a suction being formed that keeps it “attached” to the counter when it is pressed down a little bit. No real problem with that. However, the bottom is made of glass as well, and if there is no way for air to flow under the press, then some condensation can form, leaving a wet spot behind. I was intrigued by this, but don’t see it as a pro or a con. Just noticed it and figured I would make a comment about it.Overall, this does a good job and I do use it.
