Quality and functionality!!
Very nice jars. They were just the right size. I changed how I store everything in my cabinets. These jars worked out very well. They’re very heavy and of good quality. And they seal very tightly. Strong and air tight
The glass is sturdy and the lid closes securely. I’ve bought more than one set over time. Priced well and great for keeping pasta, rice, oatmeal, etc. stored in the kitchen pantry or cabinets.You could use for flour or sugar but the opening isn’t quite wide enough to allow access for the larger measuring cup. But after saying that, I do use one for brown sugar. I have one of those brown sugar keepers in it so the brown sugar stays soft and ready to use. The half cup sized measuring cup works for scooping out the amount that I need.

Great glass storage
We use various sizes to store pantry items: beans, flour, sugar, rice. The thick glass, rubber gasket and wire closures work well to keep stuff dry and airtight. Granted plastic would be less breakable but thereâs too much plastic in the world already and with care they will outlast plastic.

Taller and skinnier than I thought
Firstly they are as advertised. Mine were packed well and in great shape with no chips or seal issues. They are however really tall and skinny and for some reason thought the mouth would be big enough for a full cup measure to fit. It 100% did not (the opening is barely 3 inches). The labels are small (think what you’d put on a small spice jar) so I am making my own. Will they do what they say they will, of course. Are they at all what I wanted, no. But that’s my fault. I will keep them as they are thick glass, the seal is airtight and the price point was what I was needing. I will probably be using them for cupboard use and not shelf use tho. I will splurge on a set for the counter.

Works for me…
I haven’t had any issue with these jars. None of the problems 1 and 2 star reviewers have had. I bought them primarily because I was having an issue with pantry moths. Does not appear that they are able to get in to the rice, flour or what ever. No breakage, not issues with the clasps. Works for me!
