Certified Organic
Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries, and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place it into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.
Shade Grown
Jim’s Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm.

LIGHT ROAST DECAF – Mild and mellow, Sweet Nothings Decaf whispers to your soul. Decaffeinated using all natural Swiss Water, which gently removes caffeine using just water and no chemicals, yielding a flavorful cup.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Decaffeinated coffee looks different, resulting in darker beans. The roast level, however, is still Light Roast. “Swiss Water processed coffee starts out a darker shade of green and has a matte finish. It will follow a similar roast progression to non-decaffeinated coffee and the exterior of the bean will maintain a darker color through the entire roast.” – Swiss Water FAQ’s

Not quite light roast but good decaf blend!
We ordered this for a late night hangout on Christmas Eve at our place and everyone kept asking, “are you sure this is decaf?” It really does taste great, even though it’s not quite as light of a roast as I would have expected. Thank you!

Not a light roast, but very smooth.
Understandably, decafs using the Swiss-water method are typically darker; however, this coffee definitely does not look, taste or smell like a light roast. Nonetheless, the flavor is very good; better than most decafs I’ve tried.

Iâm,Iâve the smell of coffee but not the taste due to being bitter even decaf.. but this coffee wow!!! amazing! Mild coffee. Love it! Even my hubby who doesnât drink coffee liked it!! This will be so good when I make Proffee in the mornings!!

Roast level is subjective but neither the color nor the taste indicates that this is a light roast. It has dark flavor in front and a strange grassy finish which isn’t super pleasant. No dates on the package so it’s unclear when this was roasted. Would not recommend.

Not light roast!
Don’t be fooled like I was! This coffee is advertised as light roast, however it is anything but!! It looks dark, smells dark and worst of all tastes dark! Its not even medium, it’s dark dark! On top of that you can’t return it so you are stuck with it, what a waste of coffee and $$!

This roast isnât light by âspecialtyâ standards but isnât heavy either. Flavor notes are more warming spice than tart fruit, which I loved.Highly recommend!
