Certified Organic
Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries, and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place it into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.
Shade Grown
Jim’s Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm.

Blonde Espresso Substitute
Iâve spent a long time looking for a substitute to the Starbucks Blonde Espresso beans for my own espresso machine. Jimâs Organic is just about perfect as a replacementâit has a similar flavor profile, and this blend has a mix of light and medium roasted beans just like Starbucks uses (Iâve used the Starbucks Blonde Espresso beans before and they look the same). These just have the added bonuses of being an independent business and being organic! Great coffee, itâs become my staple.

After dragging out an heirloom coffee grinder, to grind it. I must admit, this was probably some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and I don’t like most coffees, I just drink a cup on the way to work! Bought it for my wife for her bday. The Maxwell house is on hold for now! She loves it!
