Certified Organic
Organic farmers save the byproducts of the coffee cherries, and other nitrogen-rich elements, and place it into their mulch for rich topsoil the following year. This natural fertilizer nourishes longer, stronger root structure that develops the desired deep, clean coffee taste.
Shade Grown
Jim’s Organic Coffee is entirely shade grown. The canopy shades the coffee trees from too much sun while providing bird habitats and promoting a healthy ecosystem on the farm.

Unicorn Coffee
WOW, I finally found the “Unicorn of coffee” – Blend X!!! I have been looking for good organic coffee for a long time, as I don’t want to be drinking pesticides with my coffee. Everyone of the coffees I tried tasted like old tea water. I just brewed up a pot of this stuff, and I could smell this wonderful coffee from the living room! When I tried it, it was crazy good. Thank you whoever is roasting this Unicorn coffee!!!!

This household definitely prefers this bean and blend. I rarely drink coffee, but when I do, I run this through the French press and always have a nice cuppa. My daughter drinks it a lot. It’s her favorite.

We used to carry this at a tiny food co-op where I worked, something like fifteen or twenty years ago, back when the label was still covered in weird bright animals, back when they still called it Witch’s Brew. When people would buy it in bulk and grind it, the whole store smelled amazing!I bought it again recently and, while the bland rebrand makes me sad, it does still smell and taste as good as I remember! Super dark but not too bitter.

Very dark roast!
This particular item caught my eye in a book box and I just had to have it.It is a Very Dark Roast and full bodied. Aromatic when ground and can definitely be drank black but I stick to creamers with my coffee (pairs well with Pumokin Spice creamer).Definitely a wonderful purchase!
