Bad taste and smell
This coffee smelled bad before I even opened the bag. When I made a cup. I took one sip even though it’s smelled terrible. It tastes very industrial either. It’s old. I mean really old or the process for adding the flavoring went horribly wrong. Well it was an experiment.

Not so good
I love Java Planet coffee in general but not this oneâCocoHaze. Tried it for a flavor variety but it has none and even the dark roast coffee taste I get with âGood Morningâ isnât there. Iâm having to mix the two just to finish up the Cocohaze.

Great flavor, low-acid
My wife and I were looking for a low acid alternative to Kona Peaberry coffee, which is also excellent, but much more expensive. At $22 a pound, this coffee is flavorful with notes of hazelnut and coconut. We will be coming back for more!

One Month Old Roasted Coffee (Please check updated section)
I received these February 14, 2018 and like promised they had the roast date posted on them, the roast date was exactly a month prior to my received date which is January 14, 2018. So that means they were roasted 1 month prior to me receiving them. When I opened the bag, the coffee smell was not there, in fact, it smelled old and out of flavor. I brewed a pot with it yesterday (Feb 15, 2018) and it was ok, the flavor wasn’t bad, but I really think having a newer bag would really help things. Amazon will need to keep the stock for this item more up to date or it just not worth spending the money. Currently, will not order again.5 Star UpdateThis company sent me another one for free as of May 30 and I received June 2. I am impressed since this was not requested at all to do buy them. In the comments section of the order they ensured the coffee was roasted fresh. And I opened the bag and the aroma of the coffee was fantastic. I have brewed it today, June 4 and as I write this review, the flavor is much much better than the old bag I received previously. I will definitely buy again from this company just due to the customer service. Thank you Java Planet for the follow up!

This coffee is so good!
Normally I don’t write reviews but this coffee is so good! I have the reusable Kcup pods and a grinder. It’s so nice having freshly ground coffee that tastes good. This is much better than the other Vanilla Cinnamon organic option that Amazon sells.
