For the price, the best out there!
This was my first time trying matcha at home, but have had matcha at cafÃ©s aplenty before. Per serving, this already blows most of them out of the park in price and quality. Whatâs different about this matcha, it dissolves very easily and doesnât leave behind a noticeable grit, *without sifting.* Itâs sweetened with castor sugar, a reasonable amount at 4g/serve, and I much prefer âreal sugarâ to artificial sweeteners in terms of taste. Fairly bright green colour, grassy notes, and a more subtle taste without bitterness when prepared properly. The colour does get duller if stored in the sun, so store it properly. Ito En Sweet Matcha Powder Sticks
This is my first time trying this brand and I find the taste very delicious. I like how it comes in stick form and makes it easy to add it to a cup of water. I would buy this again.

I would buy again
The matcha came in like a pebble sort of form, so I couldnât sift it but it dissolved very easily when I mixed it with water. I loved sweet drinks and this was a perfect blend between sweet and bitter for matcha, but I did mix it with half and half and also sweet cold foam so that might be why.The matcha didnât foam up very much like a matcha should, and itâs aftertaste reminds me a little of the Costco matcha in a bag, just better and sweeter.I think itâs good for itâs price point. I will be buying this again.

It’s not bitter, a bit sweet from sugar. Full matcha caffeine levels. Dissolves well. A great value as it isvquite affordable.

I have been buying this for years but recently moved out of state and donât have a Marukai market nearby so I was really happy itâs available online. A bit pricey but still worth it.
