Great coffee pot. It offers everything bigger name brands do at half the cost. Makes great coffee fast, even has a bold button that I love.

All the lights are blinking and it’s beeping within seconds of beginning a brew (and stopping). It is NOT the water tank as “trouble shooting” indicates. It made an excellent cup of coffee up until this morning. So frustrating. Don’t buy this one…because it will die and you will be stuck some morning without your coffee shortly after you get it. It is in a vacation home, was used June and July and for 4 days in November and it is cutting up. Disappointing, because it really made a good cup of coffee when it worked – I was actually considering taking it home with me after this visit.

Love all the instant pot products. . I bought this maker to replace a 1 year old keurig duo, which is a huge coffee maker. I didnât want to hear my husbandâs nay saying so I left it in the car, pending the appropriate time to sneak it in the house. As luck would have it, I was cleaning up the keurig and it would not pump up water. I tried everything in the world to get the keurig to work but alas, it would not. Luckily, this instant pot coffee maker was still sitting in my car, Ready for action.It makes a great cup of coffee. Absolutely adore the BOLD option.I donât think Iâll go back to a keurig. The keurig was my third pot in about 4 years.

Brews the best pod coffee weâve ever had. Ever!
Nice small footprint on your counter top. Truly brews a good strong cup of coffee if you so desire. All that is great but whatâs truly great is customer service. After a month or so ours went south while making the mornings second cup of coffee. Reached out to customer support and got a very quick response with several trouble shooting suggestions. When those failed they got immediately back and after supplying them with a couple pieces of requested info, a brand new unit was shipped to me. You donât get that kind of service just anywhere. We are forever fans for sure!

worked no issues for 2 days. keeps on beeping and no water coming out. Reservoir is filled up. nothing stuck.. returned and just purchased a Kerrigg instead. … the only thing I can say is that the water did get very hot

I haven’t opened this box yet. The very first one of these I bought is still functioning just fine. Wanted to make a note in the review to those of you who are reading that it spits water out of the top where the Kcup couple of things. If you’re using your own coffee grounds in the reusable one that comes with the machine. It’s doing this because it’s not seated correctly in the machine. Found that out the hard way. If you’re using the disposable ones open the top pull it back out and clean your injectors I guess you’d call them. Then put your Kcup back in. The problem goes away. This machine is far superior to any of the keurigs I’ve bought. Now, I use mine all day to make coffee so I recommend descaling it a minimum of once a month.

Runs even if it is low on water
This is working OK, but I liked my Keurig better to be honest. This one will attempt to run a cup even if it doesnât have enough water in it to complete the cup. It just stops halfway through the cup and gives an alarm sound. After adding water there is not a great way to finish filling the cup. But my Keurig wouldnât start if it didnât have enough water to complete a cup.

Great Machine- just make sure it’s NEW!
Ordered this machine because our Keurig kicked it after many years and we have this brand at work and I love it. First one came…. open box and used!! (See pics I attached) First picture attached is the replacement that was sent… amazing! Brand new booklet included taped and plastic. Just a shame no one even looked at what they sent me the first time! Hopefully no one else gets it!!! At least clean it and label it as used with a discount attached.
