Excellent Product!
Excellent frother! Operates so simply and easily and gives an unbelievable froth. High quality stainless vessel is SO easy to clean as well. I can make a coffee shop level latte with this simple machine that takes no space and can be easily stored when not in use if you have limited counter space, unlike a giant espresso machine! This was an excellent gift!

Think Twice Before Purchasing
I purchased this to make heated milk and molasses. It worked beautifully the first 8 times. 35 days after purchasing, it no longer frothed. I could no longer return it through amazon and the Instant company is making me jump through hoops just to get information over to them. I added the information online, including the pic of the product label (as asked). Then I was sent an email and was asked for the product label again along with photos, a video and other information about the issue. I hadn’t heard back so I contacted the chat. They told me I would get an email within 5-15 minutes. I did, asking me now to upload a video to Google Drive, which I have no idea how to do. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a frother from another company. This is not worth your time. I’ve pretty much figured out it is the wisk that’s not working properly but to have to go through all of this, isn’t worth it.I felt the need to add to this review. After all that I went through to prove that the frother wasn’t working, customer service said they were sending me out another one. I originally purchased the Instant Magic Froth 9 in 1, with a stainless steel pot. What I received is a cheaper model (Instant Mousseur A Lait 4 in 1), that’s all plastic!!!! I’m not kidding, Do Not Purchase this product. Even the customer service is bad. I’m just so glad I did not purchase this as a gift for someone else. I would have been embarrassed if they had to go through all of this.

Mostly Very Good but Slow
This is from someone who has had a total of three of these milk frother/heater contraptions over the past two years. I had one that lasted 1.5 years, one that lasted 5 months, and I have had this one for 1 month so far.Pros:1. Very easy to clean. Basically every other model I’ve seen you have to be VERY careful to not get water in the base of the pitcher. And if you do, its going to kill the machine. But at the same time there’s milk that has adhered to a mediocre non-stick coating. This model is VERY easy to clean. You can toss it in a dishwasher, the pitcher is able to just be fully submerged if you’re cleaning by hand. Its fantastic to not have to think about that.2. Heating and Froth. It functions well. I mainly use oatmilk, so that’s my basis here. But it does well, milk is heated and frothed to a good consistency. Its no substitute for an actual steamer wand, but this is very easy to get good results with.3. Ease of use. Set it and forget it. Very nice to not have to worry about this thing accidentally cooking milk to it if I leave it for too long.Cons.1. Slow as molasses. Oh my god this thing is slow. And the other reviews said that. I was not prepared. At full blast (Max froth and heat with milk up to the “max” line) it takes around 8 minutes to complete. I’ve settled on max froth and one tick of heat and that’s about 5 minutes.Overall a very nice machine that is really easy to use, but the slowness might be a dealbreaker for some people.

Good froth hard to clean
I got into milk frothers for my coffee and tried them all. The breville milk station, the aerocinnio 4 etc. This one makes the best foam but it takes more than 5 minutes probably around 7 minutes. Right away I noticed that milk sometimes gets spilled onto the conduction part of the base and when that happens it burns instantly because the base is hot. Once the milk burns on the base it cannot be cleaned off because the base has grooves like a record and you can’t get in there to clean. I haven’t tried with a toothbrush yet because I don’t keep one in the kitchen. I’ll try and take a pic… all that to say the machine looks horrible on the counter because it’s filthy, takes forever to make the milk and is obviously going to break soon. Yet it’s my favorite one I love the foam and it wasn’t expensive…
