Improved Design – Impresa compatible Breville coffee maker replacement parts deliver you a new and improved design. With better blade geometry and a tighter fit, this impeller helps keep your machine’s lower chamber clear of residue

Customers say

Customers find the electric food mill grinder easy to install and effective for non-espresso grinding. However, some have reported issues with fit, grind accuracy, and material thickness. They also mention that the replacement part doesn’t fit properly and is thinner than the original. Additionally, customers dislike the time consumption of the product.

    Great solution, no more jamming
Used this to upgrade/fix my BCG800XL which was jamming all the time. Old impeller was severely worn, to the point where I had to remove the burrs and clean packed grounds from the chamber every couple of days. This part completely fixed the issue. Make sure to read and follow the instructions on the ifixit site! I have lost one of the 2 washers under the impeller, as a result the new part sits a bit too low, and now I have the grind adjustment at the finest setting (used to be ~ in the middle). But it works great, and no more jams! Big thanks to the engineer who not only found a solution, but also took time to make it available to others, and make a super detailed write-up

    Will not produce espresso grind
I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I bought. The part is too thin, so it lowers the lower burr and grinds the coffee too coarsely. I tried spinning the gear one whole turn more but this was too tight and the machine wouldn’t turn. I guess it could be fixed with the right washer but each time you try a new washer you have to take the whole machine apart again. This part made my machine useless.DO NOT BUY!!!

Works if you don’t make espresso
This is a cheaper and faster alternative to a 3D printed replacement impeller. The installation process is the same and as many have mentioned, the included instructions are very basic. There are much better instructions on iFixit and YouTube. Worth noting, you will need a long 8″+ screwdriver to access the inner screws holding on the top burr assembly to the base.I did have an issue with the impeller essentially not fitting. On the fins of the impeller there are little plastic tabs sticking off of them that made it too wide. I bent these in with some needle nose pliers and was then able to install it. After reassembly my grinder was once again functional and no longer choking on the grounds. As many have mentioned, this part is thinner than the original. As a result, the grinder at the same setting grinds much coarser. I would say at least 33% of the fine range is gone. If you use this for espresso it will not work for you. I do aeropress and pour over so it works for me. If you do french press, this may actually give you a better grind for that. I always thought the coarsest setting was too fine for french press.

Great fix for a known problem with Breville grinders
I was going to sell my Breville grinder for parts before I found this solution to a common problem known about that causes clogging. The installation took a while, but that is because of the design of the grinders. Once installed the solved my problem 100% and saved me from buying a new grinder for $300+. Great product.

Don’t buy this unless you want to ruin your grinder.
This $5 piece ruined a $200 grinder and yes I installed it correctly. It doesn’t fit and burns up the motor. Horrible replacement shame on the company.

    Got me back in business!
This one worked for me. It might need to be taken back apart with some adjustments made to lower the impeller or the washers it sits on as I lost a good deal of the coarse range of the grinder. I don’t use that range so I’m not in a hurry to do so though.

    Solved the problem
Worked well. Was a little worried that it was too big. It was hard to get in. It was touching the sides. But it works. It will wear off eventually. Now I need to find the felt washer

My Sage Dose Control Pro was starting to jamand cut out when it was grinding. After some research, it was due to the impeller’s teeth wearing out. After some research, I came across this replacement (Sage/Breville do not have replacement impellers, poor show Sage!) followed an easy how to video online and now my grinder is working perfectly. Now will have many more years of use with no need to replace and add to landfill!
