Delicious roast
I love this whole bean medium roast coffee. I use it in my moka pot and it is bold without bitterness. I grind it fresh daily. It comes in a vacuum sealed can which keeps it fresh upon arrival. I highly recommend this medium roast.

Good quality but not organic
There are other reasons for organic farming than just pesticide residue. I liked this coffee flavor and that they test for pesticides but I am also concerned with fertilizers and I donât buy the rhetoric about how non organic is not viable. I went back to the bin coffee that is organic at my store for less than this per pound. It does not make me crash. I drink non organic coffee still once in a while but I always notice more of a crash or a certain edginess. Perhaps something in the non organic fertilizers builds caffeine but I just want something natural and balanced and thatâs subtle enough to consume large quantities without side effects!

Yummy. Used with Aeropress.
The tin was a little dented when it arrived. Based on other reviews I expected this. I ground 15 grams of beans in between a fine expresso and pour over grinds in my burr grinder. Using an Aeropress I poured 50 grams of water and stirred. I let it rest 15 seconds and added 235 grams of water (total 250 grams) stirred and steeped for 1 min 45 sec (2 min total). This produced a very rich and aromatic cup of coffee. There was a slight sharpness though. Tomorrow morning I am going to reduce the total steeping time by 30 seconds to see if sharpness can be reduced. Though, the cup i made was very acceptable indeed.

Wow. Just wow. I’ve been trying a lot of different coffee beans with my espresso machine, and these are just so very very good. Like a dream cup of coffee for me. Quality is out of this world. I love popping the can open. Just my absolute favorite coffee beans.
