Iâm extremely pleased with the IKAPE IK-French Press! It not only looks sleek and modern in black, but itâs also made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which feels sturdy and durable. The 4-level filtration system works perfectly, delivering smooth, grit-free coffee every time. It also works great for making tea. Coffee in a French press is supposed to be more coarsely ground than the coffee that comes in a bag from a store so if you’re getting grounds in your coffee that’s almost certainly why.In terms of value for money, this French press is fantasticâit functions exactly as intended and is easy to use and clean. If youâre dealing with hard water stains, just use Bar Keepers Friend, and they disappear instantly! Overall, a great product for coffee lovers, and I highly recommend it!

I love everything about this. The color is perfect and the handle is so ergonomic and smooth. I love holding this French Press. The thick stainless steel walls keep the coffee HOT longer than any french press I have ever had. Highly recommend !

This French press makes one liter of perfect coffee, just put in a couple of scoops of coffee in the French press add one liter of hot boiling water, put on the lid and wait for 3-5 minutes before pressing down the plunger. I love the simplicity of it.

I have two mutts, one of whom raised puppies while living on the streets before coming to me, and she’s a little MacGyver. She’s got these wide paddle paws and might as well have opposable thumbs. Every day I come home braced for the results of her latest adventure. One day it was my beloved glass French Press pulled off the counter and shattered on the floor. Lesson learned. I bought this one because I could have it delivered the next day and it wasn’t going to break if it hit the floor. It brews coffee just fine. The plunger pushed down much faster than my glass one, but it doesn’t result in grinds in the coffee pour. The handle isn’t real wood, but I didn’t expect it to be. It feels like the same rubbery material as the handles on my cookware. I would have expected a steel French Press to keep coffee hot for longer than this does. That’s not a feature I would count on here. I also am not a fan of the sensory experience of metal on metal while pulling the plunger in and out, whether it’s full, or empty and being removed for cleaning. I haven’t used other metal French Presses to know if this is a universal experience, but you should be aware if you’re prone to nails-on-a-chalkboard sensory moments. Overall I’d say it performs its job as required, it ticks all the major boxes, but falls short of what I imagine a luxury French Press could or should be.
