A new coffee ritual experience.
Have been making drip cold brew a couple of times a week for the past year and this dripper is as good as when it arrived. I did need to buy a 54mm metal espresso screen to put in the bottom of where the grinds go to prevent clogging the 5 drip holes, it makes the result way more consistent.The drip control is a bit finicky, I set it to roughly 1.5 seconds per drop and to keep it around there have to check it every hour and a half to speed it up just a bit each time.Also works for overnight brewing if you set it a bit faster like 1 drop per second it will slow down a bit as it goes and comes out pretty good in the morning without adjustments.Well designed, easy to clean, reliable, a good way to see if drip cold brew is for you.
