didn’t do the job
I was hoping for a tea that would aid me in losing some weight.the tea itself has good taste but didn’t have any effect on me at all.so no changes for me with drinking the tea.

Energizing Benefits, But Lacking in Weight Loss
This weight loss tea didn’t disappoint, as I noticed effects like increased energy and more frequent trips to the restroom after just the first few days of use. While I didn’t see significant weight loss, I still felt good and enjoyed the taste. I plan to give this tea another try, this time pairing it with a bit of exercise, in hopes of achieving better results.

Diet Adjustment
This stuff definitely works. You just have to make adjustments if you want it to be truly effective. The first week, I didnât change my diet much but I lost 2 pounds. The second week I did alternate day fasting and I lost 4 pounds. So, a total of 6 pounds after 1 box.

If you don’t leave your house for 14 days, you are good.
This stuff is exactly what is says. It’s going to help you move your bowels. I had to drink it cautiously. There were times I would enjoy it at night (all the flavors are good, in my opinion) and go to sleep. By the time I got to work, oh boy…gotta get to that bathroom in a hurry and not just once. Luckily, I’m not micro-managed, so going to the bathroom 3 times in an hour can go unnoticed. Probably a little too much info, but….I’m sure some of you will find it helpful.

Y’all wild, it totally works.
I’ve been drinking the slim tea once or twice a year for maybe 5 years now. Here’s an honest review.It always works for me.For the folks saying it doesn’t work, they are also not sharing their full routine. Hyley’s *helps promote* weight loss, this is pretty clear to me that it’s not going to be responsible for the weight loss entirely. You can definitely gain weight while you’re on the slim tea if you over eat or don’t exercise or if you eat poorly.Each time I’ve done the cleanse I’ve *at least* been dieting but i am usually exercising too–specifically cardio for at least an hour a day ( or100 squats, 200 crunches at least.)High protein meals (breakfast at least) and skipping sugar except fruit and a little in my coffee at the bare minimum.Hyley’s is *part* of a diet plan. It’s a temporary step to shed some pounds quickly and *maybe* boost your system.I’m giving it 4 stars cus it doesn’t taste that great, but also I am not a big tea fan and usually add honey to tea (but not to Hyley’s, you gotta raw dog it or it defeats the purpose)***Stay hydrated for less cramps. If you’ve been eying those trendy gallon water bottles on instagram, now’s the time to grab one lol and eat a lot of fiber.
