Better Than Expected
I read through the reviews on a lot of these products before settling on this model because it had one of the highest ongoing performance ratings, even though it was not the aesthetic I was looking for. When i got it, i actually decided to return it because it is so large (almost as big as our 2 liter electric kettle) and i just don’t have the counter space. But then i tried it…1. It’s ridiculously easy to use. Have you tried those steam wands? Nightmare! Especially on milk alternatives. Steam goes everywhere. Inconsistent results. A pain to keep clean. This is so simple to use and rinse.2. I wanted the steam feature – froth is bonus for me. I was tired of my coffee going luke warm because of my beloved cream. Now I get a great temperature and a yummy frothy consistency. It tastes even better and it doesn’t make make my coffee cold.I rearranged my kitchen to keep this thing because I don’t want to live without it. I don’t care if it looks like a SpaceX coffee pot. This baby has rocked my mundane adult world.Now the true test: Let’s see how long it lasts.

The best brother!
This is the best frother, and I’ve tried many. It makes the best foam. If you pour out the foam as soon as it is done, the foam will be soft and creamy. If you let it sit for 30 seconds after it’s done, the foam gets tighter and becomes very fluffy, like in the picture. I highly recommend.

Great while it lasted, 8 months
This frother is excellent and worked well for 8 months. Then we noticed the base that holds the frother in place had broken off and it no longer could spin or froth. It continues to heat the milk but the froth is what is available.We only used it a few times a month when we had company during the 8 months so its even more disappointing that it did not last very long. We will be ordering another frother from another company to see if we get a longer life span.

Works great but cleaning is difficult
Pros – It really does work great. Very easy to froth milk. Foam was thick and it warmed the milk at the same time.Cons – Washing it is a but if a hassle because you canât get any water on the external side so you end up washing the cup in a weird angle. It came with a brush that helped but I wish it was dishwasher safe since youâre cleaning milk residue.

IIt got delivered early morning today and I put it out to work right away. Now did I live my life without this frother I don’t know. This thing is genius and def a gem for a coffee lover like me.

Broke within two weeks of arriving
Please see the attached photos. Unit had a faulty internal seal which allowed the milk to penetrate the unit and leak out the bottom. Poor quality. Fire and electrical shock hazard.

Quiet and easy to use, also easy to clean.
You must pay attention to the max fill lines for each process. Lower ones are for frothing and the upper for stirring. Doesn’t matter if its hot or cold, it’s the mixer blade type that matters. Comes with extra blades if case you misplace the originals. Best part is, it detaches so easy from the base to pour and or clean. Don’t need much whole milk to get mega froth. 2% will need a little more milk, but still plenty of froth. Would buy again.

It was a great frother but the reliability wasn’t there. The button was getting harder and harder to get started (multiple pushes necessary) until it completely stopped working.

For years I’ve made my lattes with microwaved milk. However, steamed milk is just a whole ‘nother level for coffee enthusiasts. It tastes like coffee that we get in cafes. This little machine is aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and does the job. It is not bulky, and it makes steamed, foam milk quickly. It works well with oat milk, too!

Product says it heats to 63-75 degrees because this temperature wonât impair the coffee flavour. Itâs not hot enough for me though. My coffee was cold very quickly while I ate breakfast. There should be a temperature selection.
