Looking at it, it looks like a large plastic mug, but it does what it is suppose to do and does it well.There are 2 attachment options that are included (one for frothing milk; the other for steaming milk) that attach to the bottom of the …. cup.There are MAX limit lines for steaming or frothering the milk indicated on the inside. (each has a different max line)Poud the milk,cover, pres the button, and depending on which attachment used, the milk is frothed or steams quietly in under a minute. (it was done before the coffee was done pouring).THe instructions do note to wash the container after use but ONLY once the container has fully cooled.def a gret buy and no more cold coffee after adding milk!

I use almond milk in my espresso and this worked amazing, creating SO MUCH foam. The attachment for simple heating works great too. Iâm happy to have this for the cold months coming up.

Froths very nicely
Love this thing. It’s great for frothing but unfortunately it always gets milk to stick to the bottom, just in one spot, where it maybe overheated. Easy to use, fairly easy to clean

Iâve been waiting my whole Chai Life for this!
I have been wanting to get a steamer for so long but didnât even look into it because I figured theyâd be bulky and pricey. Then I stumbled upon this little machine! It was cheap and works great! I love waking up to a hot cup of chai and being able to make a coffee shop like drink at home is the best! Itâs small, quiet, and works very well.

I used it for 1 week and it was great. Then it just stopped working. Hard to clean without getting the bottom part a little wet. There are better ones out there

Sometimes has a mind of its own
Makes the thickest and best foam. But sometimes itâll spill out no matter the amount of milk put in. The switcher on the cap is useless. If the foam wasnât as thick, itâd get one starâ¦
