Great capacity, but messy.
I have a small coffee roasting business and need to grind and package a fair amount of coffee for restaurants I supply. Bought this due to its capacity and low noise levelâ¦both great. Howeverâ¦it is VERY messy, with chaff going everywhere. Even with the lid on the collection box, when it needs to be removed we get a lot of chaff. Plastic is the culprit here I think. Mess aside, this is a great grinder for my needs.

I have had this grinder for over a year now and it has worked perfectly! It has a nice even grind. And my favorite part is how easy it is to clean. I recently needed to replace the bur grinder and the company was very easy and quick to respond and sent me a link to purchase the part. The part came very quickly and was easy to install. I highly recommend this grinder

Frustrating
This grinder is a nightmare. No indication of grind setting. Numbers are on disc but no way to tell what number setting it is set to. Spout from body to powder box gets clogged very easy and backs up the grinder. Too much coffee gets stuck in between. Parts are flimsy plastic. Will be returning. Donât waste your money or sanity

Good for the price
The unit sets up easily, I didn’t have any electrical issues as others have described. The throughput of coffee is not as fast as advertised even when set to the most coarse setting. The biggest flaws I see are the lack of a indicator for where the grind level setting should be read from. A paint market is an easy fix bot this would be great straight from the manufacturer.

Grinder worked until it didnât. Started blowing fuses instantly. Completely broken of course past the return date ð
