Homend high speed grinder 500g
Product looks solid and grinded very well my local native soup ingredient called “Ogbono” seed. The seed must be very dried. Will recommend.

Works great
This works perfectly for me! I used it to grind corn into meal and works like a charm. Yes, it is loud, but it’s on for such a short time that I don’t mind.

Makes fine flour for fresh baked goods
This grinder is powerful and capable of grinding many different things. We have used this to grind both hard and soft wheat berries several times these past two months to make fresh, fine flour for bread and other baked goods. Years ago, we owned a much more expensive grinder and find this one does as good a job. It only takes about 70 seconds to convert 2 cups (the max capacity) of wheat berries to a fine flour. Use caution by holding onto the handle when starting & grinding or it travels. The seal and two clamps keep the ingredients inside while grinding, no mess. It is noisy when grinding, but takes such a short time. The flour gets warm from grinding, but it gets put into a hot oven within an hour or if there is extra, I put it in the freezer to keep it fresh (up to 3 weeks). To clean, I use the brush to get the most of the traces of flour out around the blades, then wipe with a paper towel. Love that it so powerful, made of stainless steel and that they give 2 extra blades and 2 other parts instead of having to order them if needed later. Such a good value for the price! We have recommended it to others who want healthier, fresh baked goods by grinding their own grain.

Does a great job… but not electrically safe.
I am giving it 3 stars, because it really does a great job and meets my needs for creating flour consistency ground spices from whole (including cinnamon, clove and other hard to grind spices), even though it may be unsafe unless you take precautions.I have loaded it up with spices almost to the top and still gotten great results in a few minutes or less. Very happy with that and will be using it as long as it lasts. It does get really hot to the outside touch, so be careful to use the handle on the back only when opening… don’t touch the exterior prior to giving it a few minutes to cool.Electrically though, this device could be DANGEROUS, especially if anything goes wrong. First off, the power cutoff switch on mine does not work, probably faulty internal wiring/solder work. This speaks to poor manufacturing standards and quality control and may indicate other electrical issues lie hidden or will develop after use, considering that vibration is in the nature of the beast. But then, here is where it gets really scary…This product does not have a UL listing or listing from any other certifying authority printed on it as required for certification AND the plug is NOT POLARIZED and does NOT HAVE A NEUTRAL GROUND (third pole on the plug). Certification is not required by US law, though many multi-unit residences and commercial rentals require all appliances to be certified, so running one that is not opens you to liability for any damages or injuries, including fire or shock. Short story, this creates a situation where you could get a serious electrical shock or start a fire. IF YOU USE THIS, MAKE SURE YOUR OUTLET IS GROUND FAULT PROTECTED AND UNPLUG THIS DEVICE WHEN NOT IN USE! GFI outlets have breaker buttons/switches on the front, usually red and black, and may have a little light labelled “Fault” or similar, take a look at a few here on Amazon. They will disconnect if they detect a lack of a proper path through themselves to ground and may also include a fast-acting breaker when a short might cause a draw above rated amperage. DON’T RISK YOUR LIFE OR THOSE OF YOUR LOVED ONES! USE THIS ONLY WITH A GOOD, UL LISTED GFI OUTLET AND UNPLUG THE DEVICE WHEN NOT IN USE! This risk is compounded by what I consider suspect or poor QA and construction, meaning the likelihood of a device that generates a lot of vibration like this one breaking ground by a wire losing connection internally seems pretty high, IMHO. So, I use this ONLY on my newer GFI outlets with a breaker, not the old ones (my house is 120 years old), I don’t think this means I can’t get a shock, but these outlets react quite quickly to a short (they have to, THEY are UL certified to do this within a proper interval), so I think I could at worst get a very brief, but very nasty little shock. I also unplug when not in use and do have a commercial fire extinguisher certified for electrical and oil fires right at hand.As I write this, I kind of feel a bit stupid for actually using the thing, but, darn it, it works really well… . If you don’t see any reviews from me after this one, well, I guess I might deserve a Darwin Award after I’m gone… 😉

You get a good product for you money. It works wonders. The only thing they need to suggest what tool you will need to remove the blades because it can be a bit challenging.This is a 110V item.

Easy to use!
My grinder was very easy to use. The noise is not to loud considering itâs a machine with high wattage. I mentioned this Homend grinder to a friend and how happy and satisfied I was with my purchase of my grinder and the ending results; which was powder!! Very easy to use and easy clean up. They went and purchased one also!! My daughter is looking to purchase one too!
