Donât buy it.
This pitcher quickly lost its measurement ink. The glass chipped way too easily, the spout lost an edge in the first month and was not handled roughly. Then out of the blue the pitcher started leaking from the bottom. It was never used except to warm milk in the microwave for under 30 seconds.

Adds efficiency if you lack a steam wand
I have a manual espresso machine so I lack a steam wand for milk drinks. I used to microwave my milk in a measuring cup and transfer it to a latte milk pitcher to froth and pour. I can microwave, froth, and pour with this guy from the same pitcher. Big fan.

Perfect for frothing milk!
I was using a jar to froth oat milk for my morning coffee but then chose this pitcher as it is specifically made to withstand being warmed up in the microwave; plus, it’s pretty glass, too. But the width at the base makes frothing so much richer and in much less time than in something more narrow and the pourer lends itself to a pretty, creamy “topping off” of the froth. Just the perfect pitcher! Oh, and the glass is thick enough that I don’t feel I will break it while frothing inside of it.

Perfect for heating milk in a microwave before frothing
My coffee machine has a frothing wand but it doesn’t steam the milk first, so I needed a pitcher that could be placed in the microwave. Most pitchers are stainless steel, but there are a few glass ones on the market. This one ticked all my boxes though. Not too big, thoughtful design (dripless spout and measurement markers), and easy to clean. I heat 100 ml of 2% milk for a minute in the microwave, and it comes out at just the right temperature. The machine’s frothing wand fits nicely into the pitcher and there’s enough room for the froth to build. Happy with my purchase.

My new favorite pitcher. I love the fact that it has measurements. Works great with the frother and microwave. It handles heat very well.

Functional and beautiful design
When I saw this pitcher, I fell in love with it’s elegant yet natural looking aesthetic. It was packaged in a compact carboard box and inside it was snuggly fit between two pieces of Styrofoam to keep it in place. It’s about the size of a standard coffee mug so the size is perfect for me. I use it for milk frothing and refilling my Keurig’s water reservoir and it does both jobs beautifully! My only complaint is that there is some hot glue coming out of the metal bit by the handle. It’s not a huge loss for me because I can just turn the cup around where no one can see it. Though for $17 I would expect better quality control. All in all, I would buy it again.

This was bought to pair with a Subminimal Nanofoamer which makes barista like micro foam for lattes and cortados. This allows for the milk to be heated in a microwave and has the correct dimensions to whip up beautiful and tasty micro foam milk. It pours quite well enough to make latte art as well. You can heat milk make micro foam and dispense from one container and it is priced similarly to stainless milk frothing pitchers that shouldnât be microwaved. The level markings on the side are quite helpful in developing a routine âsame amount of milk every time (200ml) and you can dial in the microwave setting to get desired temperature. Paired with a nanofoamer you can get a silky 300 ml very repeatably with only one milk container to wash. I would not hesitate to use this frothing pitcher with a steam wand on an espresso machine as well
