Nice French press, a new best friend!
We like this very much at our house.Easy to use. Reliably made of glass, brews excellently!Has nice handle for pouring for safety.Coffee stays hot, easy to clean!Long time. I used very fine grounds and works great!A+ great deal! Also would make a really appreciated gift!!

Handle Should Be One-Piece
This is a review for: “Hazel Quinn French Press Coffee Maker, 450ml/15oz, Heat-Resistant Borosilicate Glass, 304 Stainless Steel, BPA-Free, Easy to Clean, Precision Filtration for Coffee & Tea, Ideal for Home, Travel”This comes in a funky, cool looking box. It is well protected and once removed you can see the care put into the aesthetics of this french press. The bottom has a threaded bolt which when unscrewed removed the bottom three pieces of the press which allows for soaking in soap water to clean. I like that you can see through the sides and the leather wrap is removable with two snap buttons. The bottom has a rubber silicone base which is removable from the glass so you could possibly wash the glass in the top rack but I fear that due to the handle design I wouldn’t trust it. It is a disappointment that the plastic is white which is no doubt going to stain and turn brown. Those part should have been stainless steel. I would have preferred to have a solid handle rather two piece as well.

Flavor First Coffee Press
This is by far one of the best cups of coffee you can make at home. If you have never had coffee from a French press, this is the perfect quick-grab to give it to go. The press is dirty, easy to use, and produces great results. My first suggestion for the home barista is to make sure you start with freshly ground beans and grind them fine. It takes a couple of cups to get used to the difference, but after that, it’s hard to switch back. The closest thing I can think to compare to is a mocha point, giving thick, rich results, but without the high concentration and reconstituted cup. Just wish I had tried one of these years ago

Mine Did Not Work
Very cute and perfect size, though the top didn’t feel like stainless steel. It broke apart when I tried to use it for the second time? I’m very familiar with french press coffee makers and handle them with care, so not sure why it didn’t hold up?

Nice Quality French Press
This is a nice quality, attractive French Press. It’s easy to use and works well. It comes apart easily for cleaning as well, and has washed up nicely. I would order this again

Nice little French press for 1 or 2 people
There’s a lot I like about this and a few details I do not, but i knew about it signing up and they’re not deal breakers.Things I like:-The removable insulating leather jacket. It has two little snaps/buttons to take it off to wash the glass.- The size is perfect for me to have a few cups of coffee in the morning. For all the ‘mericans like me, 450ml is almost 16oz or 2 liquid cups.- The boot is removable and made of a rubber/silicone like material so it is flexible and easy to remove while acting as it’s own coaster.- It has style, the colors are cute and modern without being pretentious.Two things I don’t like:- The handle is two pieces of plastic snapped together so there is a seam that I feel could potentially break down the integrity over time. I wouldn’t put this in the dishwasher.- The pour filter that fits inside the press is also white plastic. I feel like this could potentially get stained over time. And I’m not a fan of ingesting microplastics. But this little bit doesn’t seem like a big deal to me.It was packaged very well in a funky box from the Hazel Quinn brand and was easy to use right out of the package. I did a quick pre wash while the water heated and I ground the coffee.For 450ml/16ozs, I used 4 heaping tablespoons of course ground beans from my burritos grinder. As you can see in the video, the coffee is black as night and it tastes delicious, almost too dark, but i let it steep a almost 30 seconds too long.My family has been told that we make coffee like it’s a gateway drug. My sister refuses to drink anything other than liquid tar and she would love using this!If you’re looking to buy a French press you are probably already sold on trying it out, but my favorite part of a French press is just having my own little pot of coffee with me. This one is perfect for that since it has such good insulation and will stay hot while I sip.

The top is not made well, coffee grounds come through.
