I have previously ordered filters on Amazon so I did not expect any issue. But these are shorter than the ones I have received in the past. The top edge of the filter sits about 1/2” below the rim of the Hario pour-over vessel. Be sure you know what size you need.These are for a size 1 Hario vessel. I had always used size 2 in the past. The difference was not clear when I placed the order or when I received them. Somehow this size difference should be made more clear so that others do not make the same error. Looking at other reviews it seems to have happened to quite a few other people.

I only get the brown, unbleached filters. If your tastebuds are sensitive, you’ll taste the difference. I haven’t compared these to other brands, but have bought a lot of them and am quite satisfied.
