I was in the market for a mug to use with my new mug-warmer to keep my coffee hot. I’m a bit of a fiend, and like to drink around 18oz of coffee, so naturally I needed a large mug.This mug fits in with my office’s color scheme, is dishwasher safe, and holds plenty of coffee as well as can be warmed by the warming plate! Easy to brew a cup, toss it in the dishwasher, and repeat again the next morning. I’m very satisfied with this cup.

I love these coffee mugs, but there was/is a minor problem.No one expects to find fractures in a coffee mug when it is new or after a few months.I never noticed any fracture in my coffee mug when it first arrived, but with time a fracture in the enamel appeared in the bottom of the mug.The fracture became apparent due to the the staining of black coffee and tea over time.It was heartbreaking to return “my friend” who I became fond of with time.Like I write I really love this coffee mug that I will take the risk and buy another one.On a similar note I once read a review on an identical coffee mug (not this listing) that looked exactly the same, where the concern was that the handle had broken off. If I had these fractures and handles are breaking off there might be underlying Q&A issues that have not been resolved with this product.I will buy the same mug from Amazon knowing the product is covered under warranty.Remember that if the colour you choose is dark the fractures will not show up, but whites, yellows, etc will highlight the fractures with time as the tea or coffee will stain the fractures and make them stand out.
