Great buy! Industrial strength for pennies on the dollar!
I cannot believe I didn’t know about this machine sooner. Our company manufactures gummy bags in the vitamin supplement industry and this machine is a lifesaver!! Not only is it cheap, we also received the unit quickly (no 30+ day wait times coming from China) and in full working order. The controls are easy to setup and adjust and it comes with several spare parts in the rare case certain parts fail during installation. It heats up quickly after turning on and is capable of quick speeds once setup properly. For the price, this machine is well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Forget any product support
The item came with a malfunction, and with items missing and a confusing manual.I managed to fix the malfunction and get it to work. This was due to improper assembly I think. The platform/conveyer is not as adjustable as it looks in the product description. This is also not suitable for small sachet packets for two reasons: 1) they get grabbed by the sealing mechanism in such a way that it’s very hard to keep them straight along the guide (have to slow the machine speed way down to compensate), and 2) the code/date stamping function is not guaranteed to print fully on a bag with less than 80mm width (ours are 60mm).When I contacted the manufacturer about the parts (the fuse in the photo, and several parts mentioned in the manual but not found in the box) and my questions about the manual (refers to figures that don’t appear in the manual), they stated that they do not support items purchased through Amazon, and that there is no warranty on these as well. Only items sold through their website have a warranty (supposedly!). They said my only option was to ask Amazon for support. Amazon said my only option was to return the item.I wouldn’t trust this company at all. They wouldn’t even answer my questions about the manual, even though they emailed me the exact same manual with the exact same errors/omissions. This is just a bunch of red flags, and I’m right now trying to decide whether to return the item (which will probably go straight to the land-fill) or roll the dice and try to make it work.

Had one issue with the power cable not working. Took a little to figure out the issue but since my printer has the same cable I switched it and it worked great. Contacted the company and they let me buy a new cable on Amazon and then refunded me the cost of it.The unit has been running great since then and I appreciate the good customer support in fixing the issue right away.
