I was hoping that the teas were individually packaged, but sadly, they are not. I bought two boxes, opened one thinking this was individually wrapped. This is not a returnable product, so I can’t return the unopened one.

My box was send to me looking like a return? Which is odd. All tea bags are closed but some bag have some scratches on it. My box was beat up too

This comes in a paper box which was completely destroyed during shipping. It was also shipped late and since it was for a birthday I was going to this was quite inconvenient. But the tea bags come in cute little resealable pockets
