I was looking for a compact 5-cup coffee maker and this fits the bill perfectly! It brews in about half the time of my old machine and the coffee is hotter. Plus, it’s very compact and super cute!Realistically, this coffee maker (in spite of saying 5 cups) will give you 2 or 3 large mugs which, for one person is more than enough. But that’s true of all coffee makers.A number of people commented on the fact that it was difficult to fill without splashing water everywhere.I didn’t find it difficult at all. The opening for the water is a decent size, but shallow. However it drains into the water reservoir very quickly and takes less than 5 seconds to pour in two cups. Definitely nothing to complain about!I’ve had it about 3 weeks now and use it several times a day.Would highly recommend to anyone with limited counter space!

Looks good, easy to use. I was a bit wary when I saw others speak of spillage in the front water fill. No spillage experienced by me. Best to have 4 cup filters, but if you have lots of larger filters left over, you can just fold them a bit and no problem.

Hace cafÃ© bien pero tira demasiado cafÃ© a los lados. Los filtros son difÃciles de encontrar; sÃ³lo los encontramos en el HEB. Constantemente se doblan y se desparrama el cafÃ© en el contenedor. Esto hace que se tape la salida del cafÃ© y el cafÃ© se queda todo en el contenedor, a menos de que manualmente lo liberes. Al menos dos veces a la semana tenemos algÃºn inconveniente con la cafetera. La compramos hace un aÃ±o y ya estamos bastante hartos del mugrero que hace.

Issues With Water Leakage
This is a nice coffee maker, and I really like that the water reservoir is on the front of it. However, it has the same water leakage issues that the Hamilton Beach one that it replaced. Even if you hold the top of the carafe tightly closed with one hand, the water and coffee spill out. I never had these issues with a typical size coffee maker. It seems to be a problem with 4 cup coffee makers, regardless of the brand you choose. I live by myself, so I don’t need a typical size coffee maker. I’m keeping it with the acceptance that I need to clean up water and coffee leakage.

Best small coffee maker
I really like the swing out and lift off filter basket. It makes clean up a breeze and the filter doesn’t get accidentally get pushed over like the way some other models work.

Good little coffee maker!
Good little coffee maker. Does what it says and the coffee is good. What I donât like is that the front water intake area is very small and I have to be careful pouring water in, and I have to keep looking over to the side to make sure I donât overfill. I would love a 6 cup coffee maker so Iâm always trying to get a maximum fill without spill. Remember the cups are 5 ounces. And personally I like a two hour timer versus no timer but I like no timer better than a one hour timer! So itâs good on keeping coffee very hot! But need to remember to turn off. No timer keeps the price down. I decided not to spend a lot because all my coffee makers start leaking from the bottom after about a year!
