Colors don’t exactly match.
Super stylish. A little annoyed that the blue color of the toaster and the coffee maker don’t match precisely when they are sold as a set (something I would expect more from buying one from two different brands). It’s subtle, but annoying to someone like me who is a little OCD. Other than that, I really like them; I just don’t put them right next to one another. The coffee maker works well, and is intuitive to use. The toaster took a day or two for us to figure out that there are settings BETWEEN the numbers!! At setting 1- bread basically only warms. At setting 2, toast is almost burnt. I couldn’t imagine going all the way to 10! Was going to send it back but then we realized that were were settings BETWEEN numbers one and two for very precise toasting. No problems now. Cord for each is long enough, but shorter than I’ve seen in American counterparts. Coffee maker is a three prong, just FYI for those of you with outdated wiring, you’ll need an adaptor.

Terrible customer service
My coffee pot is a year old. Now it gurgles nonstop and tries to boil water even after all the coffee is brewed. The top of the machine is scalding. The brewing process in very slow. I wondered if I had it on the wrong setting or if there was a fix to this problem I called customer service for HaydenUSA. The man who answers is rude. He refused to even talk to me and hear my problem unless I sent him a photo of the receipt of the coffee maker. This is the second time I’ve called customer service. The first time was when I broke the carafe. The same rude man pretended he couldn’t help me because I didn’t know the model of my machine even though I describe it as the retro model and unique turquoise color. Finally someone in the back ground yelled the model name and then the rude guy accepted my replacement order. I bought the machine for its looks, but I’m paying the price because it is low quality and they don’t stand behind their product. There is no excuse to have such rude customer service.

Aesthetically pleasing to your eyes
I had my kitchen redone and needed not a white white toaster/coffee maker nor dark ones. Then I saw these and thought they’d be a great “match” to what I wanted. The basket thingy overflows coffee often, even for 1/2 a pot, which annoys me but I struggle through with the grounds getting all over the place.The area to add your water is on the small sideEven with the cons, I like the appliances more than I don’t.Oh! If you toast a bagel, the side that you cut (the middle), face out! Took me 3 months to figure that out.
