These are usually freshly roasted. Black gold is great if you like darker roast. This is not as dark as french roast where you get the burnt taste.

Coffee is old and stale, not good. No roast date on bag, only expiration date. Not freshMaybe itâs decent when fresh? Not sure.

Not too acidic, perfect for mornings
Groundwork Coffee Co, Coffee Black Gold Signature Blend Whole Bean Organic has lots of caffeine to wake me up in the mornings when I can’t. Also, the beans were fresh, not too acidic for my morning stomach. Overall, best beans out of all the beans that I got from whole foods. I would get these in the future for sure.
