Growing up, I always wondered what the attraction was, for folks to order an after dinner coffee. Now that Iâm âoldâ, I totally get it. Yet, even though I now enjoy that coffee later in the day, the caffeine in regular coffee feeds my brain way too much energy, and keeps me up all night. Switching to Green Mountain decaf fixed that issue, and allows me to drink a cup, even close to bedtime, with no sleep issues.The fact that this coffee is smooth and tasty helps too. Squirt in a little SF caramel or French vanilla syrup, curl up on the couch, and sip away.Good stuff.
