Great little scale for the price!
I really like this scale. I’ve been using a larger baking scale for making coffee, but it didn’t give me any decimals and It always seemed to be off at such a small amount of grams. So I needed a legit coffee scale, but I didn’t want to spend a lot, and this scale was perfect.Pros:-I think it looks a lot nicer in person than in the pictures-I like the tactile buttons, they work well-It’s super fast at reading weight and so far really accurate-The contrast is excellent I can read the screen well-timer function is awesome!-the price is right!Cons:-I did notice the scale does move when you put your hand towards it, like a previous video showed, but once I put my bean holder and tare it, it stays at zero, so I don’t think it’s a huge issueI’ve only had it for a few weeks and have had no problems, I’ll update if it craps out on me in. I hope it will last me a long time. for the price you have to try this scale, don’t waste your money on overpriced scales.

A great value with every feature you need for pour overs
After a year of use, I can safely say this is a great scale that does everything a pour over enthusiast needs with minimal drawbacks. The scale was a little cheaper when I bought it, but I would still get it at it’s current price.I’ve done testing with my jewelry scale, and I found this scale to be very accurate and forgiving with where you place items on it. The display is bright and very easy to read, and it also has a nice and long lasting battery life. I’m sure this isn’t the fastest reading scale out there, but the speed it reads while pouring is plenty fast for me; especially compared to your typical cheap grocery store scales. The best way I can put it is that I’ve never felt like I overshot my desired amount of water because the display was lagging behind.A few more small things I enjoy about this scale are how quickly it turns on and tares out. It has a little hole on the bottom for hanging. So, I put a little screw in the wall and can securely hang it when I’m done using it. A boon for small counter space. Also, the spill-proof design has actually come in clutch for me. No issues after some bad spills. Finally, the timing options are great and well implemented. It is a very slight hassle to switch between count-up to count-down, but I’d argue it’s not even that bad.The main gripe I have is that temperature fluctuations seem to make the reading drift. Even with the nifty silicone cover, the sensors seems to add or subtract depending on how hot or cold the weighed object gets. A problem for making pour overs. However, I just put a little hot pad between the scale and carafe, and that fixed the problem for me. Now I get stable reads with no noticeable drift on the displayed weight. Keep in mind, my scale was purchased in late 2023, so maybe they’ve addressed this issue.tldr; If you’re looking for an affordable scale, made for pour over coffee, and you don’t care about big brands or superfluous features, then you found your new scale! Just make sure you have a little hot pad, too.

I added some extra rubber feet so I could sit these scales on the drip tray of my espresso machine. The existing feet were a little far apart.I can weigh the portafilter without coffee first then with coffee to check the dose then I can weigh and time the shot!Really nice screen, nice and fast.Batteries last for ages.Glad I purchased these scales.

This is the only coffee scale I’ve found that gets everything right for me. Aside from good speed and accuracy, it has:- consistency, not measuring differently if you place the cup off centre (not all scales are like this)- real buttons and not touch ones that only work with dry fingers- no internal battery that will inevitably swell up, instead coming with replaceable AAAs- something I’d never considered, which is a keyhole hanger that lets you store it on the wallI’m very happy with it!

A great set of scales. I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging it was which is a good indication of how much the manufacturer cares about their product.I’ve not had a chance to use them yet but did give them a short test and everything was great.I don’t usually write reviews but felt I should for this great value for the price.
