Interesting variety pack, but not as great as I hoped
This Door Country Coffee variety pack was my first time trying this coffee. While the roasts were perfect for me (medium, not weak like a light roast or burnt like a dark roast), the flavor profile wasn’t quite as good as what I expected based on the reviews. It was certainly full-bodied and rich, and the variety of flavors was interesting, but there was something about the flavors that I did not love.On the upside, the price per cup is reasonable. Excellent Spring Sampler
I bought this variety pack to try the Blackberry Shortcake and Raspberry Almond in hope of more profound fruit flavors. Oh boy, I wasn’t disappointed. I live in berry country. The locals have their blueberry and cherry blends figured out, but there is nothing around for blackberry which doesn’t taste acidic, artificial, or like cough syrup. As for the Raspberry Almond, it is a wonderful (almost a relief) juicy option without chocolate mixed in. If Door County happens upon these comments. I thank you. I love fruit flavored coffee and you’ve delivered a lovely pair. I also live North. My diet revolves around seasonal flavors, of which these are. I’ll stock up and buy them annually so long as they are offered.What was a pleasant surprise is the S’mores, but my comments may not be an actual compliment. The flavor to me is blissfully creamy. I’m a diabetic who regards her dietary restrictions. My options are limited. Of all the products I’ve paired with my alternative sweeteners, DC’s S’mores is the closest flavor I’ve had to the taste of southern sweet cream. I imagine it is because of the marshmallow presence. That said, the chocolate and graham notes are weak to me but that works perfectly in my case. DC may be onto something here to fine tune a sweet cream. I’m reluctant to try the Door County Creme for creaminess because of the mix of vanilla and hazelnut.The Almond Vanilla was… interesting. I didn’t like it at first, but after four sips it quickly grew on me. It reminds me of the cookie flavor in Nonni’s. The Churro wasn’t particularly special to me. Folger’s used to make a Cinnamon that was comparable. Last, the Blueberry Cobbler is probably a bursting 5/5 for those who like an added flavor to their berry. The cinnamon in it is too strong for me, but I do appreciate the blueberry part.Over-all this product gets a 5/5 for being a sampler. I appreciate being able to save time and money trying something new before I commit to a major purchase.

Fantastico, Deliciouso, OHHH, OHHH, OHHH, soooooooo GOOD
Many years ago we lived in WI and had visited Door County. Found their coffee on line several years ago and have been ordering thru Amazon and direct to send gifts to friends and keep my coffee pantry full with the delicious flavors they offer. Each and every potful is an absolute delight. I brew a flavor bag in the morning for a hot cup or two and then put the rest of the pot into a pitcher for iced coffee for the next dsy. Friends that have received the gifts, all love them. Do not hesitate to order. Fantastico, Deliciouso!!!

Yum, delish!
I just LOVE the variety of decaf flavors! Thereâs ten bags, each for a whole pot of coffeeâ¦but I make my own K-cup pods, so this will last me quite awhile, and itâs fun to mix and match the flavors; Iâve mixed a lot of Heavenly Caramel with the Highlander Grogg (hints of Irish CrÃ¨me). Iâve also really loved the Cherry CrÃ¨me. So many kinds to tryâ¦which is unusual for decaf, which my docs force me to drink. This set makes that feel not not such a sacrifice. Iâll definitely reorder.
