The whole crew loves it
As a barista in a coffee shop that gets wicked busy, this is a great buy. Blends matcha amazingly, and itâs great for sauces and syrups too, really gets the sides of the cup.Itâs a very good size, nice and hefty. Iâve dropped it several times and itâs held up with no issue. I think this is the ultimate matcha whisk especially in a professional setting. I can really apply some force without worrying about breaking little piece of wood into a customers drink AND, last but not least, itâs super easy to clean compared to a âtraditionalâ matcha whisk.

worked as good as the electric spinners.
I didn’t think it would work, stiff metal prongs, but it quickly mixed my bulletproof creamer and collagen powder into my coffee, without the mess or overflow I got with the electric frother.

Works like magic.
I use this whisk for mixing miso paste with hot water. My husband uses it to mix marinades. It works like a charm. A great kitchen tool!!

Easy to clean, sturdy, an excellent alternative to a power whisk for fine powder beverage mixology.

Love it! But….
Works great! All of us Baristas love it, but if the handle could have something of an edge or something to keep it from rolling off the machine or the counter, it would be even better! It’s a bit top heavy, so when we set it in a cup it tips over and rolls as well

Exactly what I need for my lattes
I’ve been using this daily for a bit over a month now making lattes at home.This stirrer feels very solid; it doesn’t feel cheap at all. It definitely beats using a spoon (or chopstick).I use this for condensed milk, caramel, powder, and it mixes it all. It eliminates clumping when I use it with powder.More importantly, this thing is a breeze to clean. Because it doesn’t clump and the syrups don’t stick to the metal, it’s super easy to clean.This is definitely pricier than some of the other options out there, but I expect to get some good use out of this.
