I like this jar bc of the added capacity compared to the common 34 oz size, but be warned that the opening is like a wide mouth mason jar- it is smaller than I expected but still serves my purpose well.

This has all the necessities to get you started on your sourdough starter journey. The jar is a nice size and is pretty solid. Everything was great quality and a good value.
